Unfortunately if you have an upstairs neighbor, be prepared to hear loud stomping and televisions blasting all hours of the night. You will not rest well living in this beautiful complex if your not on the top floor. Ready to vacate this extremely expensive nightmare.
Management is very friendly. Complex is clean and pretty quiet verses loud barking occasionally, since most residents have dogs. You will not hear your next door neighbors but unfortunately you will hear everything above you. If your ok with inconsiderate people walking hard with high heels or stomping so hard it wakes you up in the middle of the night, and frustrates you during the day, you'll love it here. If not, don't move here unless your on the top floor. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

If you haven't already, please stop by the office. We have found not everyone that walks with a heavy step is aware of it and will gladly make an effort to walk lighter if they are made aware. My wife and I have loved living at Barclay Chase. The only reason we are leaving is due to a newborn and we are moving closer to family/friends. The apartments are spacious and were built with good quality items. The double vanity bathroom, walk-in master closet, hardwood, granite, elevators (in some bldgs.), secure entrance, beautiful clubhouse, and gas utilities hit all the checkboxes for us. Not to mention it’s a smoke free campus. The units are insulated well as we barely needed to turn on the heat (until baby). Being on the second floor, the tenants above never bothered us, but then again most apartments are never completely sound proof. The sense of community is a plus and is Very dog friendly. Also, the police routinely patrol the community. During Covid, the maintenance staff readily fills common sanitizer dispensers in each building and cleaning of common areas is routine. The property managers are extremely quick at responding to any problems, but then again we only had one small leak. The maintenance staff is present daily. We are Very happy tenants and we will be sad to leave. We will never get this in north jersey.
Lived here for 2 1/2 years and we absolutely love it. Management is very helpful and always addresses my needs/concerns. Linda is so kind and really cares about the community. Maintenance staff is top notch. They are very friendly and they always fix any issues promptly. Neighbors are great too, very friendly. Plenty of parking and great amenities.
I would like to express my appreciation to Linda and Melissa for their patience in trying to assist me in selecting the best apartment that would be suitable for me and my daughter. I am currently living in Kuwait and these two ladies went over and beyond to assist me over the phone and via email daily until I was able to make a final decision. Their professionalism was outstanding and I am looking forward to meeting them both when I return back to the US in July 2019 and becoming a tenant at Marlton Gateway Apartments.
Living at Barclay Chase at Marlton feels like being on vacation everyday. We moved here in Dec 2018, and are having an exceptional experience. We are extremely pleased with our apartment, which includes all of the comforts of home! The office staff is impressively splendid. They each have provided personal attention to our needs and desires, as if they were their own. The maintenance staff is phenomenal...courteous and efficient. The grounds have a resort-like feel, nicely landscaped, as each new season emerges with even more beauty than the last. If you desire a safe, clean and elegant place to call home, we highly recommend Barclay Chase at Marlton!
I have been living here since Nov 2018 and love it and love my apartment. Any questions or maintenance requests were addressed very promptly. They keep the common areas very clean.
Actual apartment is nice. However huge issues with the management. We were originally told we were going to move in June 19, however because they were behind on construction our move in date got pushed back, which is fine it happens, the problem comes in that management would not even give us an estimate as far as move in. Fortunately my lease at my old place had enough time to last until we could move in. Many residents weren’t so lucky. Poor communication continues as we have been here a month and they still haven’t opened the pool. And when we ask about the pool, we get no answers. They won’t tell us why it isn’t open or when we can expect it to open. They gave us a couple guest pool passes to compensate but we can’t even use them. The gym lights turn off after 15 minutes unless you are in a specific area in the gym so you can be on be treadmill at night and suddenly be in a pitch black room. We have complained about this repeatedly and it still has not been addressed. It has becoming absolutely infuriating dealing with their office management
