Northwestside Lansing is a small community directly south of the Capital Region International Airport and bounded to the south by the Grand River. The area is largely residential and is situated less than five miles from Downtown Lansing. Shops and restaurants are located in town off North Grand River Avenue, but a variety of shopping and dining choices are placed just south of Northwestside Lansing along Highway 69. I can't even get a phone call back. I left a message, my son left a message, and he emailed as well.
Not a good place to live at all! Not in a good part of town and there are always people doing drugs in the hallway. There are homeless people that sleep on the stairs and there is no sense of security at all. Don’t even think about sending a package to this apartment building because you probably won’t ever see it. One bedroom apartments have mini fridge as the refrigerator so good luck with that.
Who ever thinks of moving in here,think again when someone kicks your door in you will be told to replace it trust me I know we live here! We got told that you had to Buzz your way in! That's a lie! They have had people actually take a car and put a chain to a main door and brake it down so when you get cheap rent you always get what you pay for!
Apartments are in a horrible part of town and look nothing like the photos. Literal trash on the floor and smelled of smoke. Complete waste of time and complete disappointment.
