Management untrustworthy
Firstly, windows are not insulated so on cold days and nights you have to crank up the heat to keep warm, so it gets expensive in the winter. Management always downplays and delays fixing any problems that occur. If you end up leaving, they will nickel and dime you on getting your deposit back.

Beautiful apartments
A very nice community - within months, I got a feeling that I belonged to a close knit community. The maintenance and front desk staff are like family. They go out of their way to help me. The management gives out gifts for Christmas and of course throws a lots of parties through out the year. There is also a bookclub that meets once a month. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance and there is even a fitness center on the 1st floor. Love it here.
