I do not recommend it
Very bad job of the unprofessional administrator and he does not see the slightest opportunity to charge for any reason that if it is stupid and unfair for the next month in the rent of the land he looks for any excuse to tell him that he has to vacate with the intention of keeping his property. Muy mal trabajo del administrador poco profesional y no ve la mas minima oportunidad de cobrar por ningun motivo que si es estupido e injusto para el proximo mes en la renta del terreno busca cualquier excusa para decirle que tiene que desalojar con la intención de quedarse con su propiedad
