Great Community!
This is a really great place to live, it is a 30 unit complex with a swimming pool. Large one and 2 bedrooms. Modern kitchens, large bathroom, and oh so quiet and safe!! The location is great we are close to the grocery markets, retail stores, pharmacy, auto mall, restaurants..you name it. Schools, public transportation and so on. Within our community, we watch out for each other, yet we all keep our privacy. Who could ask for more than that?

barstow gardens San Mar properties
Any san Mar properties always has high rent. On barstow and Blackstone right behind the Osh. I bedroom 1 bath about 700 square feet. Rent was $715, water garbage paid. One pool, very small tight parking space. The apartment itself is very small and really had to play with furniture. Some appliances are updated some are not which makes the apartment look awkward. The fan in the room is nice with a remote but the fan in the living room looks like it's from the 80s. The stove looks like it's been here since the building was first built. The complex itself is quiet. Neighbors are very friendly. Your patio is very small. And no gardener can get back there so u have to maintain yourself if not it turns intonation ugly jungle. The apartment complex is so small you might miss it. Overall experience was okay. Walls are kind of thin so you hear your neighbors. Would I rent here again? No. Their contract has way to many rules and some ridiculous ones. And if you ever want to break your lease it cost an arm and a leg. So make sure you know this is the home for you.
