Property Ratings at Baseline Village
Though my experience was off to a rough start, when the new management came in, my opinion changed. I wish I would have thought to write this sooner. (o: I am grateful for Stephanie, who became our property manager last summer. She has been attentive, empathetic and has great follow through. Her personal touch of genuine care got me to renew. I have seen her be generous across the variety of tenants. I am glad we have her looking out for us! Amanda is in charge of maintenance. She's wonderful too! I appreciate her thoroughness, attention to detail and listening skills. She is friendly and makes sure you are happy with her work. I appreciate her creativity also. The location of Baseline Village apartments is perfect for us. We have the open space to the North, with a dog park and walking/biking paths. Less than a mile West is Lafayette's downtown area with great restaurants and stores. We have access to Via for free rides around Old Town Lafayette. It is wonderful to walk a couple of minutes and have a beautiful view of the mountains. Come be our neighbor!
WOW. If I could put more than 5 stars for this place I would. Both 5 stars for the quality of apartment and the management, specifically Stephanie! My husband and I were desperately trying to find a place to live, and Stephanie was with us every step of the way in getting approved and and getting us in the door. She was both professional and caring and even stopped by in person yesterday to check on us! She is always available to answer any questions we have big or small and very accommodating. Our apartment is a 2bd 2bth renovated with stainless steel appliances. The area is quiet and well kept, not just by chance but because the apartment holds those expectations for their tenants to keep tidy balconies/yards, has regulations on smoking, and handles complaints in a timely manner, etc. we’ve never loved an apartment or management more! Thank you Stephanie and team!
