Property Ratings at Baxter Woods
If you're considering Baxterwoods, Willow Oaks Properties think twice. My experience has been a frustrating journey. I applied for a home in January, but they declined my application because they wouldn’t accept business bank statements. They assured me that my $250 administration fee would be refunded if the property wasn’t rented, however getting that money back has been a nightmare. Initially, communication was possible, but it quickly became evident that their interest was mainly in the application being processed. After that, reaching them was next to impossible. They don’t respond to emails unless it's about the application process, and phone calls are rarely answered. They also failed to show up for property viewings, which should have been a warning sign. After nearly three months of chasing them down, I finally received a $250 refund check, only for them to put a stop payment on it. As someone with a 700+ credit score and no prior issues with other leasing companies, this experience was deeply disappointing. I would strongly urge others to avoid Baxterwoods. Their lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability makes the process exhausting and disheartening. Spare yourself the trouble and steer clear.
