I’m very bothered by the fact that my vehicle has been towed twice in the past for not having my parking permit visible, but recently there has been many days and nights where cars without a parking permit has been out front of my building in resident parking and has not been towed.

This is my first experience in Florida and I am very happy to have found this type of apartments because reflect all the desideres that I wanted. Beautiful green spaces, big patio, big spaces, relaxing atmosphere, helpful people, very good manager, it is the perfect place I think !

Decent place to live. Love the apartment size and my own laundry room. Different floor plans to choose from. Pretty quiet. Did well through the hurricane. That means alot.

I’m just not satisfied lately. Maintenance is been awful lately. Pete in particular has been very rude. Service request are not been completed correctly. There are no form of communication being left in my home stating someone was there while I was not. Email communication from the office is slim to none. Parking is not being reinforced. The neighboring community is still parking in resident parking. Garbage has not been picked up the last 3 Sundays. Just such a big change signing the community. Not for the better either.

Neighbors could be nicer and park better, the sprinkler system could be tweaked to not spray hard water all over cars, but overall it's a great place to live thanks again for making it so accommodating.

Everyone here are very nice and everything is kept up nice .I really haven't had no problems.maintenance comes the same day you put a ticket in .

Anytime I have a concern the office staff is always prompt and attentive. I appreciate the time they always take to look into my concerns. The community next door have been parking in resident parking spaces ans when I brought it to the office attention they jumped right on it. I truly am happy that our office staff cares about their residents.
I love it here. Everything is nice and clean and quiet. The pool is always nice. The grounds are kept clean. The ad on apartments.com does not do it justice.
Another year at the complex and I don't have a lot to complain about. Staff and maintenance are always available to answer questions and fix any issues that might arise in a very timely manner.
Price is fair and staff are friendly. Maintenance crew is wonderful! Love the view of the Bodhi tree in the back. Neighbors are respectful but the apartment next to Bayclub get really noisy at times. Overall, a great place to live!

Been at the complex over 10 years have always found it to be to my liking. The currrent staff is friendly and helpful. they have always been attentive to any maintenance issues that have arisen They always have time if I just stop by to say hello.

This community is one of the better ones I’ve stayed in. It’s a pleasure to speak to staff whenever I have a concern. That’s not often. The grounds are well kept. There are clear and concise advanced notices of when adjustments need to be made and the inclusion of community for getting to know other residents are plentiful.

Decent Area ( could be better but unfortunately it’s in between two not so crime free apts) , Great Potential but poor maintenance and lack of upgrading makes it really basic living for what you pay . Prices high yet these apartments are no where near as new as other cheaper apartments or apartments in this price range . They’re not too bad with pets but it’s probably because they don’t really care . Oh and don’t think that you’ll have any success in having family come down as they enforce these strict parking rules. Your guest car will be towed even if it is there one night at times . There is no sort of security for what we pay for and they are yet to separate us from the new apartments they opened next to us . They also charge for trash service that picks and chooses which trash and when they will come pick it up . Only would recommend coming here if you had absolutely no other choice . It has so much potential too which makes this hard to even write .

Lived here quite a long time as apartment living goes. The maintence isuues have been few but when one occurs the staff has been attentive to making sure it gets resolved in a timely manner. I always feel welcome when I stop by the office.

The apartment is older but can’t beat the price. Great customer service! Especially Andrea, she was very helpful and available to answer questions. The apartment could have been cleaned better before the move in. The refrigerator had some dirty spots in it and the kick plate in the kitchen is dusty and dirty.

Love my apt..size and layout. Kind office staff and maintenance. The bedroom sizes are great. And the vanity section on the master is great. Also the laundry room off back porch for my apt. Is one of my favorite things.

Nice for the price. Office staff and maintenance are nice people. Overall good experience, lived here for 6 years. The pool and grill area are nice for the summer. New fobs for the gate are a good new feature.

Overall not a bad place to live, I have been living here for about 2 and a half years. The office people are great and my I love my apartment. It does get noisy due to people next door at Sarasota south blasting there music.

Fantastic customer service and completion of maintenance repair requests are always speedy. Could use some more amenities for young families but the pool area is always well maintained

Staff is very understanding, reliable and helpful . The community is quiet and peaceful, clean and safe to live, I’ve been living here going 5 years I have no regrets

Office staff was super professional and also very helpful and welcoming. A few small issues (and one bad washing machine) but they were ALL fixed very promptly and thoroughly. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Thanks for all your help getting in here.

Eight months in and I’m still loving living here at Bay Club Apartments. I have a beautiful apartment that I call home. We have a wonderful staff here as well. Bay club is good a community. Nice staff, better fencing is needed so that random people aren’t walking in and out of the community. Have a little newer appliances in the units, remodel units that are old.

It’s a nice place to live. Very friendly staff. The dog parks are a nice touch. I don’t have a dog, but it’s nice to see dogs running in the dog park. It does not have a playground, but the apartments next door do and we’ve never had any issues going there to let our toddler play. The 2 guests per resident in the pool is not super fun if you want to have family over. They will ask you and your guests to leave even if the pool is empty if you have more than two guests. But other than that it’s nice place. Even the maintenance team is super friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood is ok. There can be parking issues at times which is frustrating. The apartments next to our complex tends to park on our visitor parking which we are limited to.

Thank you for your 5 star review! We will get with the towing company again to up the monitoring on towing as it was a sucess in the past and with us adding a fence to sepearate the properties in the July time frame that will eliminate alot of the parking issues with the neighboring property..
Andrea is the best!! Always willing to help and very responsive to requests! Maintenance guys are super friendly and know everyone in the community. This place really feels like home.
