Baytown presents a thriving residential area with an emphasis on family life. This community offers a balance between a quiet suburban lifestyle and the energetic ambition that comes with ample business opportunities. Speaking of – the city’s economy relies strongly on petroleum production.
Located by the water, Baytown’s Houston Ship Channel is one of the neighborhood’s biggest attractions. The nearby nature center is a sight to see and home to hundreds of land and aquatic animal species. When you’re not at home in your apartment, the Downtown Arts District has a number of culture programs like the Baytown Little Theatre, which has been run exclusively by volunteers for over 50 years.
In the event you’re not outside enjoying the bay views, you might be shopping at the San Jacinto Mall or lavishing in the comforts of your Baytown home.

Property Ratings at Bay Oaks
AC has been out for over a month and doesn't get addressed. Calls to the office go unanswered with no return calls and when spoken to directly in the office they say they are sending someone that never shows up. Please save yourself the trouble as its horrible.
Roaches, water damage, black mold, Oh my! Myself and multiple tenants in my building had so many issues, I can promise you it's not worth it.
I have lived here for the past 6 months and about 1/2 the time there is no hot water. Management is to cheap to replace it also so it has never been above 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Their okay thay took away the free cable and the bill you for everything and they keep going up on rent
Moving here was the best thing I could have done for my family. Was paying over $500 just on the light bill in my previous home. Now only $115! I live right by the playground so my kids can go out my front door and play while I sit on my couch with the shades open and let them play freely. The people who work in the office live on site so there is always someone here in case of emergency.
