Bay Pines Apartments

We heard nothing but good things about these apartments. We heard how quiet, how well constructed they were, so in November we moved into our apartment. We became disappointed quickly. Come to find out the group of apartments that we are in wee build by a different builder, these are not constructed very well, and the walls are paper thin! To make matters worse we live under the most inconsiderate people! Their 2 year old is allowed to stay up well past 10 pm. she jumps, non stop. They play their music very loud past 10 at night. If you are considering moving here, make sure you take an apartment in the old section! Also, there is nothing for children here.

This is a perfect apartment community to live in that it is close to major expressways and great shopping. It's light and airy, no white walls here. The neutral walls and flooring make for great decorating possibilities. The open kitchen/living rm floor plan allows you to be w/guests-family while preparing meals. The apartments are large, over 1100 sq. ft. and have great storage. The additional pantry/laundry room is great for storage. The office staff make you feel like you truly matter and are very helpful when something needs to be repaired. The 2-bdrms/2-baths is great for overnight guests or children. The first floor apartments are wonderful for the handicapped tenants because you don't have to climb any stairs just roll right in. The doorways and halls are all handicap accessible. You even have a handicapped accessible shower w/handle bars. Love the central air. The furnace and hot water tank are in your apt. so you control your usage. You pay for your own utilities but the combined bills even in winter were less that $90/mo. Free basic cable is also a plus. Yes, you can hear your neighbors occasionally but that's apartment living. You park right in front of your own apartment. The common areas are very well maintained and snow is plowed early in the am before leaving for work. Everyone that visits us wants to live her. It's an oasis from the hustle, we call it home and we love it.

This has everything including good restaurants, shopping, and wonderful parks along the lake all within a mile. Bright well maintained buildings nestled within the trees. Most appealing in area. Staff exceptional. Apartment open, with large patio allowing myself and friends to enjoy being outside. No better place to live.

This beautifully maintained property gives one a sense of privacy and safety without intrusion. Our 2 Bedroom/2 Bath ranch includes a laundry/storage room equipped with a full size washer and dryer, a user friendly kitchen with dining area, a very comfortable living room, and ample closet space. And if you desire the added benefit of a garage, Bay Pines will be delighted to accommodate you. Last but not least, a month to month lease is available for those who desire. We would recommend Bay Pines in the highest regard!

This place has been a blessing for us; we moved into this apt, knowing that somewhere down the line I would need another hip replacement and could no longer live in my house - little did I know that within a year of moving in, I would have to have 3 hip surgeries due to an infection in the old prothesis. I love this apt; without having everything on one level, including handicap access I could have not stayed at home for my recoveries. We have an outside area for our plants, our barb-b-cue and outside sitting and dining. This apt gives us the luxury of having everything we use close by - groceries, restaurants, church, and even the YMCA, which we attend 5 times a week. I have recommended this complex to all my family and friends, especially the ones who are getting up in age and need the luxury of a handicapped apt..

I have been living at Bay Pines Apartments for twelve years. I moved here when my husband passed away because it was near grocery store,banks,restaurants and other conveniences that older people need. We have private entrances to our apartments, living room,dining area kitchen,pantry and washer and dryer, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with bathtub,other with shower,linen closet and storage room. I have attached garage but I know longer drive as I am in my nineties so use garage for storing items. The area is well taken care of grass cut every week, bushes trimmed and many flowers to beautify the surroundings. I recently moved to Bay Pines Apartments off of Bay Road (Tanton Way) in Webster and have been thoroughly impressed with my new residence. I lived in my own home for 38 years and found the transition to this complex amazingly easy. The people are friendly and the staff is incredibly helpful, professional and respond to any needs in a very timely manner. The actual apartment meets all my needs and was immaculately cleaned when I moved in. I am now close (within a mile to the grocery store (Wegmans), the YMCA, Post Office and any number of restaurants and stores. I am thrilled with my new life and home and highly recommend Bay Pines Apartments as a wonderful place to live a worry-freee lifestyle.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 8 years. The layout is just perfect for us and it is located in a quiet area, close to shopping, church, YMCA. expressways, hiking trails, parks and of course Irondequoit Bay and Lake Ontario. And the neighbors are really friendly. Some of us ladies get together every other week for needlework, but usually end up doing a lot of chatting.

Living here at Bay Pines has brought to me meeting many very friendly people. Having the pond behind me I love to watch all the animals and all the new babies that are born in the spring. The shopping and all the restaurants around Bay Pines are just great. I can walk to the grocery store and to Walmart. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone that asked me.

The positives of living here are so numerous, it is difficult to decide where to begin. I have lived here for 8 and 1/2 years and have no intention of moving this is the perfect place. The open concept kitchen, dining area and living room are spacious and make entertaining easy. The kitchen has lots of cupboards and the counter space is perfect for me, since I like to bake. And then there is all the storage - the kitchen has a HUGE walk-in pantry. In addition I have a coat closet and large storage closet. All of the utilities are nicely tucked away out of sight. The bedrooms are large with generous closet space and the bathrooms are spacious. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, which is easy to access. Management and service are beyond what I have found in the past at other complexes. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and repairs are done ASAP. I am sure the attitude of the office staff is what helps rent these apartments, and after that the apartment sells itself. The grounds are immaculate and pleasing to the eye, and snow removal is done promptly, even in the worst of conditions. I have had visitors who have said this was the best apartment complex they had ever seen and I totally agree.

My wife and I just had a baby and needed to find an apartment that would be able to accommodate the three of us and still fit in our budget. That's when we stumbled on Bay Pines, we pulled in and thought it looked like a quiet, quaint neighborhood nice to raise a baby in. We met management and we thought she was great, her husband is head of maintenance and they are both easy to talk to and get along with. When things needed to be addressed, it was taken care of immediately and effectively. The apartments themselves have two good sized bedrooms, the master has a full bathroom with a standing showing. The second is a bit smaller and is directly next to a bigger bathroom with a tub/shower. They have tons of closets (very large coat closet[down stairs apartment], additional storage closet with built-in shelves). It has an open floor layout with a breakfast bar separating the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all newer appliances and an extremely large pantry with shelving. The apartment comes fully equipped with the basics: stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, disposal. Then also has a washer and dryer, huge plus with a child. The only negative we have is the closets in the bedrooms are just a basic slide open. I've moved around from apartment to apartment for quite sometime but, after getting married and having a kid, we are very happy with this apartment until we move on to owning a house.

We have lived here for 8 years, this means it has everything we need to enjoy living here. Two bedrooms, two baths, nice open area in the living area and kitchen. We control our HVAC and have inhouse washer & dryer. Not far from grocery stores and the Y and many other amazing stores.

This has all we need as a retired couple. Washer/Dryer HVAC , No maintenance, and very nice neighbors.
