Property Ratings at Bay Roc Apartments
I have been driving past Bay Roc Apartments for years and admiring its MODern architecture. Three months ago, I moved into a one-bedroom apartment and have never been more content in an Oregon apartment. Every apartment has a large covered deck that looks out onto protected green space (evergreen trees, Oswego creek). The deck is so large that essentially it acts as an additional room. The building is showing its age (as are the appliances) but management is super responsive and the building and grounds are kept in good shape. The rooms are a good size. Because there is no over-chlorinated pool or so-called 'gym,' management is able to keep the rent lower than nearby properties. The location cannot be beat -- a short seven to 10 minute walk into downtown (farmers' market, restaurants, shopping, pilates, theater) and, just across the street is George Rogers State Park (trails and a beach along the river). Like most properties in or near a downtown corridor, you will hear traffic noise -- the price you pay for such a great Walk Score! I have saved the very best for last: Bay Roc Apartments is a NON-SMOKING property!!! I highly recommend Bay Roc Apartments in Lake Oswego!
