Staff and maintenance are rude. Facilities often in disrepair.

Moving Out Problems
Lived here for 3+ years. Enjoyed living here. However there are quite a few things that are not good. Onto why it’s one star I got my truck broken into once, the fire alarms went off way more frequent then anywhere else I have lived, and worst of all when I moved out I went and talked to the management about what I owe them when I moved out they said x amount. I paid that amount and went on with my move to another city. Now after 6 months I am getting a call from a collection agency about a bill that I hadn’t paid. I never was called by bay vista the only call I ever got was to verify that I turned in the keys. They didn’t even know that. This has not been a good experience and I advise you do not stay there.

NOT ALL BILLS PAID
For anyone that is looking into these apartments on apartments.com, as I am, it word for word says: Utilities Included Water, Electricity, Trash Removal, Sewer, Cable Included. That is not the case, so if you are looking for all bills paid these are not for you.

First renter as this is a new apartment building near uptown Corpus Christi. it has all of the bells and whistles you could want in a apartment.

New by the bay :)
These apartments were brand new when I moved in- yet still came with a few minor issues, but were resolved. The views off of the 4th floor overlooking the water are beautiful! It's where I go to relax.
