Great apartment!
Location is great! It's right across the street from the lightrail station which is convenient. I've never had an major issues finding parking on the street. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of closet space. Washer and dryer conveniently in the basement and paid for by the landlords. Only downside to this is you have to go through the alley to get down to it which only sucks in bad weather. Mostly quiet neighborhood at night.
