Baypoint Apartments

Mold in the apartments, vehicles broken into, packages frequently stolen, apathetic management.

Baypoint is the worst place I have ever lived. The pictures online are a lie compared to how it actually is. We lived here for 2 years and had constant problems. Maintenance would never respond on time and when they did come they would never fix the problem. Our dog got her leg cut open by GLASS AT THE DOG PARK and needed 6 stiches. How they responded "you should be more careful." We also had a bottom unit with a "yard" our other dog stepped on a rusty nail in the grass and after looking through the yard i found over 100 rusty nails in our yard. We asked them for months to come help fix the yard and after 4 months of asking they did nothing and we moved out. The worst part was we told maintenance to not come on a specific day because I was having surgery. When we came home our deadbolt was locked and a random guy was in our apartment "fixing our sink." why would they lock the deadbolt and not allow us into out apartment??? I have so many problems with this place and I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay here out of respect.

Baypoint has horrible customer service and security is a nightmare. They take no responsibility for neglecting the failing security measures on the property. Two of the gates don't lock, one doesn't close at all. They claim these repairs must go out to bid, instead of picking a welder and fixing the problem expeditiously. The drive through gates break almost daily. There are only two surveillance cameras at the entrances and there are no cameras on the parking area. However, the main buildings have cameras in every corner. It shows the priority is to protect the buildings but not the residents' vehicles. My catalytic converter was stolen from my vehicle, parked right next to the building. The management team claims that they are not liable but the drive through gates were broken open for a 48-hr period, covering the time when my truck was burglarized. There have been other vehicles stolen from the parking lot too. They nickel-and-dime the residents with fees. You have to pay monthly for the online system that you pay your rent through. You have to pay a monthly "Securities Fee" which is laughable, considering there is no security. You pay monthly for pest control and they come around once every several months. My neighbor took two months to have a wasp nest exterminated. You pay an activities fee, which amounts to twice-weekly yoga class, one little event per week (like two hours of cheap wine and cheese), and food trucks once a month (which you have to pay for the food). The advertised price is several hundred less than what you will actually pay per month. The advertised pictures are smoke and mirrors. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I've been very comfortable- the community is nice, cordial and respectful. A lot of us are pet owners and even our pets play together. It has been a nice experience living here.

I feel like i am constantly fighting bugs water issues and debris on my patio and landscaping but most of the grounds are well kept

Baypoint has been incredible as I relocated to San Antonio from Corpus! The staff was friendly and knowledgable. The apartment is updated and comfortable. And the community is so welcoming!

Baypoint is a beautiful apt complex. The apts are clean and well maintained..the pool and gym are awesome..but best part about the place is super friendly and professional staff…if I ever have issue or challenge…they always help me out..The front office staff…managment..are always greeting u with a smile..friendly demeanor..and strong knowledge base. They help make this place feel like home..the grounds keepers always moving and hustling to keep everything working and looking good…maintenance staff always on the go and quick to fix anything and everything…I luv this place

Bay point is a decent apartment complex with decent amenities. Beware of the price for a small apartment, as the equipment (stoves, sinks, etc) in the apartment seem outdated. You will most likely feel ripped off for the price of these apartments

Baypoint is a all in one community! Even if you work those 12 hour days day or night it’s nice to come to a gated place and feel at home upon entering. The have monthly calendar events and it’s super cool!

I’ve lived here since 2012. Everything about Baypoint is wonderful. Especially the view off my balcony and the many amenities. It’s home…

This is our first apartment together and Monique was very helpful in the process. We walked in and she immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. She asked our budget, as to not show us something out of our price range which I thought was very professional. She showed us the property and all the amenities and we instantly loved it! We're very happy here.

We love the view, facilities, the quiet. Location is good since it provides easy access to all the basic services and a great neighbourhood. We have met some of the really cool neighbours. We love the events organised time to time and definitely the amazing staff!!

When I moved to Baypoint the first thing I noticed was the very helpful and friendly staff. Sure, the view is beautiful..the pool is awesome..and the gym is excellent..but its the staff that make this place great. All the girls at the front office are always so helpful anytime I need something. One can tell the management truly cares and puts forth an extra effort to make this place homeall their little events are great too.!! The maintenance staff are always so friendly and helpful..they are always on the go working and fixing any little thing to make this place look good and run efficiently.. Like I said before, this place is beautiful but its the staff that makes it great

Both office staff Monique and Kaleigh provided excellent service thus far. Dave is the first maintenance staff I encountered and his service was excellent as well. Good job team Baypoint.

Excellent staff, wonderful amenities, and location very close to most of Corpus.

Highly recommend Baypoint. We continue to enjoy out time living here. All personnel involved do a great job for us and Im sure all other residents. Our experience here while our home is being built has made our out of town move and transition so much easier. Thanks to all at Baypoint.

Maintenance team is great and the apartment is perfect! The bugs are quite a problem on the ground floor, but pest control has already been here twice this month. I had to fill in a few holes around the apartment, but nothing not fixable. Great complex!

This is a great community. Neighbors and management are so friendly, and its a quiet place to live.

Living at Baypoint is giving us proximity to local stores. Baypoint is centrally located. Close to shopping, A&M and restaurants.

By far one of the best apartment living complexes I've had the pleasure of residing at. If you are looking for great bay views and a affordable tropical resort style living experience, Baypoint is the place to be.

I love living here. The staff are wonderful, the apartment is homely, and the amenities are second to none. The location just can't be beat. I love going out to the shore everyday right outside my door!

We have lived here for approximately 9 months and absolutely love Baypoint, especially the view to the Oso Bay and sitting at our patio to people watch. It is by far the most beautiful residential location we have called home through four states.

Recently relocated from Missouri to Baypoint in Corpus Christi...I had been homeowner for 30 yrs and hadnt been involved in a lease for long time...staff helped me with entire application process. They were very kind and sweet. All of them went way above and beyond. I had just gone thru a surprise divorce so I greatly appreciated all their help. The amenities (pool..gym..beautiful views) are awesome but its the friendly helpful staff that has impressed me the most..They all brought sum much needed positive light back into my world...

Baypoint is great!

Baypoint is close to the school and has nice trails and amenities. The customer service and maintenance are great. I had a problem with roaches initially, but that has been resolved.

All staff from management to maintenance provide a fantastic living experience and always are willing to go beyond what is expected to make sure the resident is as comfortable and welcomed as possible.

I have lived here for almost four years- this community keeps getting better and better. An incredible place to call home!

Nice place, but the amount of roaches is ridiculous. I see about 1-2 roaches daily and have tried everything to get rid of them. My last unit had them, but not this extent. Also, the people below me have them as well. This place is infested.

We love baypoint, the atmosphere, the big yard, the natural lighting of the apartments. It is overall very welcoming!

For the past 8 years i have been traveling between states and cities through my job , till i got to baypoint apartment in Corpus Christi TX, thats when i called my company and told them thats it, this is the place ,, im not going anywhere..the treatment i get from the office staff is beyond excellent. Very helpful and very friendly. Everything is just perfect.

Baypoint is a great place to live, and I have renewed my lease here. The apartments are well-maintained, and the office staff are friendly. Also, there is a nice view of the bay and many amenities that come with living here.

Peaceful but making upgrades (hopefully)

I have been here over a year and so happy with the service and apartments. Would recommend to friends and family. I just bought a house and will be moving out and sad to be leaving a great community.

Had my vehicle broke into at this apartment. Called office to inform myself of what security measures they have in place to prevent these break-ins. They have NO Cameras, a part-time security and only one. This is a huge Apartment Complex for only having one. They have had numerous break-ins and their excuse was Ennis Joslin is a very busy road.

Professional and Courteous staff with a passion for people. Maintenance team does a superb job of ensuring grounds are landscaped and repairs are completed swiftly. Great living experience!

Baypoint has an excellent view of the bay, the residents are friendly, and it’s in a great location for commuting to work and around Corpus in general. The staff put on good resident events often and the facilities are nice!

Baypoint has some of the nicest people and accommodations. New fitness center coming soon and I cannot wait! The staff also puts its residents first and gets things done! Very best around! Internet is good and apartments are very clean.

Here for Navy Flight School, signed online and hoped for the best. On a road of several apt complexes, Baypoint stands alone. Wonderfully surprised by the great facilities, fantastic staff, and friendly community. 12/10 would recommend.

From an easy move in process, to an excellent living experience! My leasing professional Lexi made a normally stressful and hectic move in process as painless as possible, and since living here the entire staff has been amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I just visited the community! The staff was amazing & so helpful. I can’t wait to move in and take advantage of the volleyball court right on the bay!
