RUN!RUN!RUN! For the hills! Stay as far away as you can! This place is a disaster waiting to happen. The management team and staff here are all trained to rob you blind while smiling in your face. In 3 years absolutely nothing was done to improve the property but our monthly bill went up $400. The flooding is atrocious, expect to walk in ankle deep water after every decent rain. And after you move out they will send you to collections for money you do not owe them! If you chose to stay here you deserve the hell you live in.
Moved in back in July and noticed the roach infestation upon moving in. We were told the issue would be resolved in a month. The issue still hasn't been resolved and now apparently it's our fault. Funny how that works.

I’ve lived here for two months now, and I have 3 major complaints. 1- read exactly what length lease you are signing. I told them I wanted a six month lease, I was told she was typing a six month lease, turns out she typed up a 14 month lease. Now I’m stuck. 2-this place is super loud. The adults are louder than the kids. They are out with their music and drinking and laughing at all hours of the night. I have lost so much sleep since living here. And all the barking dogs they allow here are crazy!! I NEED SLEEP!!! 3- the construction is shotty. Every crack, crevice, fixture that doesn’t fit, and lack of grouting has bugs coming through. I only gave 2 stars for the price and the location.
I have lived here 6 months out of my 12 month lease. I wanted to wait until my lease was up to write a full review, but my troubles so far should be enough to make you go else where. The first week living here, my tire was punctured with a piece of metal, about an inch in size, that was in the parking lot. There are many potholes and it floods everytime it rains, but good luck finding any parking spots at night. There literally aren't any and you have to wait for someone to leave to get the spot they were in. The office wants you to pay $30 a month for a covered spot, that still floods when it rains. There is never any hot water after dark, so you'd have to take your showers early. The maintenance men on the property know how to fix things, but don't know how to call to schedule an appointment, even though you chose that option when you placed the work order. They walk in unannounced and get upset when your animal is loose in the apartment. Due to hurricane Harvey, an outside construction company was hired, but the men working are scum. They hit on you as you walk your dog and had even hit on a 12 YEAR OLD GIRL that lives here. Our roof, that started leaking from the hurricane just got fixed this past week. They felt like changing windows and sliding was more important that fixing people's apartmenrs. Also, don't believe the pictures you see on their website. Everywhere else on the property doesn't have nice plants or water fixtures, let alone any nice grass. The "limited acess gate" is never closed, even before the construction started due to the hurricane. My tires and wheels were stolen off my vehicle 11/4/17 early in the morning between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. and the police report number is 17-02926. The officer with the Webster Police department said this neighborhood has a lot of probelms. One of the ladies in the office said that it was a personal attack, because she had said a maintenance man had told her there were scratches all over my vehicle, even though there weren't any. I insisted she take a look at my vehicle, but she declined. I had even brought up the fact that if the gate had been closed, when there isn't any construction happening, it would have never happened. She stated that it would have happened regardless, because the person who did it could have followed another vehicle through the gate. If you move here, make sure your vehicle isn't newer or nicer or you don't mind problems with it. Just save yourself the trouble.

I lived there until Spring of this year before my job transferred me. Place looks a whole lot different than when I arrived. Lot has been redone. Had some hot water issues when I was there but they finally fixed it. Staff in office are very nice.

This is my very first apartment, and so far it has been great! I have seen and heard reviews of "first time" apartments and they always seem to have the worst stories. BUT The falls of clear lake have a great staff, and maintenance team. There is an awesome country bar called Big Texas right around the corner, the lovely Ihop of course, and a few more restaurant's that I can literally walk to. It is a great apartment for someone who is starting out and defiantly for people in there 20-30'S! The interior of the apartment could be better such as crown molding and bigger bathtubs, but overall it is a decent apartment. And I would recommend it to any first time go'ers!
The Baystone Apartments are affordable and you get what you pay for. These apartments are old, but okay. I do have to put in a work order like every month. The front office I don't have a problem with, it is the maintenance people I do have a problem with. They half fast their job. One time I put in a work request because my toilet was leaking and they said it was fine. It wasn't something that happened all the time, but it was an issue. 6 months later after about 4 work orders I told them I wanted to be there when they came to my apartment so I can show them exactly where the leak was coming from. I feel like they just look and say everything is okay. They don't really do their job and I have lived there for almost 3 years.
This is our first apartment together, and it has been great! of course nothing is perfect so sometimes there are things that happen such as garbage disposal problem or, just little maintenance things like that, and anytime you put a service request in, they are right there at your door step when you need them. They have wonderful service and its also a good complex in general. They price range is very decent as well. Overall there has been no problems, and it has been a great experience to be apart of in our first apartment.
Well this is a pretty snazzy place. I was kind of skeptical about first but as far as being close to some wanted amienities it's boost my morale. I would recommend this place for a single person and the Townhouses for a small family.
