The trash compactor is a mile away from the apartments so trash everywhere all the time. Months and multiple maintenance requests before they send sombody out and whenbthey do they just go in your apartment regardless of the clear direction of nobody to enter unless the residents are home they just let themselves right in twice now! Moldy nasty ac units inside the apartment just to much negative stuff to even list. Just save yourself the time and money.. a real real bad place to live!

My roommate and I moved a little less than a month ago into the back side of building 3. So far we’ve experienced an infestation of roaches, ants and possible mice. Pest control was sent out once so far and resolved our issue of the roaches. Shortly after that, we had issues with the dryer and now washer machine that has not been taken care of by the maintenance team. 2 weeks into living here, there was noise coming from the walls and evidence of mice droppings in our kitchen. This is unsanitary and needs to be addressed. The leasing staff is aware and are wonderful to speak with. But it is maintenance that contributes to our not so pleasant experience at Bayvue. The fact that there is another review on an issue with the mice in building 3 and flooding in the walkway, proves nothing is being done.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now (moving when my lease is up) . There has been a constant flood problem walking to the back of Building 3. Rain season it’s horrible ! Now for the last 3 months I’ve had a MICR issue , there bead mice all in the grass/dirt area near building 3. They have Pest Control come spray and out down 2 traps . I’ve caught 4 mice and no one seems to care.

Best apartment for the price in the area. New appliances and quiet complex with a pond and lots of ducks. Maintenance guys do a great job anytime I need anything and keep the place clean.

I recently moved into Bayvue. My experience has been very positive beginning with representative Raphael. Very professional and knowledgeable. The management Team Angel & Elizabeth have been very helpful with any questions or concerns along with the rest of staff. We have been in this apartment complex and so far I can say that the management that we have right now is the best we have ever had. APT ISSUES: - Leak in the roof of the bedroom closet. It has been five weeks now, and at this point it is riddled with mold. Maintenance keep saying they fixed it, but the leak continues and the mold continues growing. - Mold in the walls and ducts. - I get about three minutes of hot water. I was told on August 6th the water heater needs to be replaced, and they were ordering a new one. It is now Sept 2nd. Nothing has been done. - Bathroom light wouldn't turn off. - Kitchen cabinet hanging off the hinges. - outlets in the kitchen wouldn't work. - seal around door and windows have worn off. STRUCTURAL ISSUES: - This building was built in 1984. The doors and the windows have not been replaced, and the insulation is non-existent. I live facing a street. Every car that passes sounds like it's right next to me. - the floor is warped and drops in the bedroom and dining area, badly. - There are two vents in the entire apt for Air conditioning and heat. One is in the bedroom and one for the entire Living room, dining room, kitchen and den area. It works your A/C extra hard to maintain temperature and your electric bill is way out of hand as a result. OFFICE ISSUES: - Add $100 month to quoted rent. You are forced to get Spectrum cable (the apt complex bills you for it) $50 a month on top of Valet trash and other fees - I moved in July 26th. Jessie was my leasing agent. The first maintenance person showed up Aug 6th to take care of the smaller things in the apt (fixing switches, hinges, etc). Later, Jessie sees me and asks me how things are going. I explain some of the issues I am having and why I am unhappy, but I never personally attack him and even try to show some understanding because the complex is huge and I'm sure they have a lot to do. No one is yelling or even worked up. But that doesn't stop him from taking veiled shots at me. My favorite was, "So how is your new job going? Oh wait, let me guess, they don't do everything exactly how you want it so you don't like it? I'm just guessing though. Just guessing." I didn't acknowledge or respond I was already frustrated and angry, and then I have this tiny little, bald, middle aged Leasing Agent who has clearly failed at every aspect of his life to end up where he is taking shots at me over VALID ISSUES. There's a leak, there is no hot water, I can't turn off my bathroom light, there is a cabinet door hanging because it broke off the hinges, etc.
I have never lived anywhere more despicable. This place is absolutely atrocious and there is always something that goes wrong here. For example, the power is always out, they have cut my cable wire, had no internet nor tv for over a week and they didn’t tell me that they had cut the wire, the apartment above mine has flooded my bathroom multiple times and I can never get the maintenance to do what they’re suppose to. Thank god my lease is up next month and I most definitely will not be resigning. Save yourself and choose somewhere else to live because this place requires a ton of work and should not be this high in price to live.

I have lived at Bayvue for almost 3 years now and I have no complaints at all. In the three years I have lived here I have seen nothing but progression and renovation from the property to the staff. Ms. Valentine always looks out and makes sure people are taken care of and is always ear to ear smiling no matter the weather, and Jesse Sierra and Ramon are always greeting you with a warm smile. Staff here knows us that live here on a first name basis to the point they grab your package that delivered before you hit the front. I also can’t forget to mention the amazing ammenities within the front leasing office that are available free when you are a part of this family. Also, Can’t forget about maintenance! Carlos, Jose, and Rafael always are same day or next day service better than Amazon prime and the fact that I can simply put a maintenace request right on my phone and never have to answer a call or call again and know that my issue will be fixed is also awesome. We have lived in Bayview aptartments for over 3 years now. Everyone is so easy to get along with. The fitness center is wonderful now they renovated the area. My family has had multiple chances to change are living area but we stay there because it of the wonderful staff and the staff that works there.

This is a good apartment complex. Great community setting with nice amenities, such as the gym, pools, etc. It is pet friendly! It is also in a great area, all the stores needed are no more than 5-15 minutes away. The place is well maintained and quick to fix problems! Staff is absolutely terrible! They will take forever to fix a leak and will not even do it properly. The property manager is absolutely no help at all. All of the "upgrades" are not really upgrades and done extremely poorly. The cabinet shelves keep falling down because they are not cut straight. The bathrooms are absolutely awful, especially the tub. The sinks are horrible and will lose their water pressure and ability to function properly after a month. Maintenance does not do a good job at fixing anything in your apartment, they just spray paint over everything. There are never dog poop bags available to pick up your dog poop. Go somewhere else to live where they will take care of you.

some old apartments and the appliances are old. They charge dearly for the pressure that the maintenance is paid is heavy. the truth very expensive for what they offer

I liked this place at first because it seemed like a decent place for the price we were originally told. Well every single month our rent went up, as well as our water bill. We aren't paying a bill for just our apartment's usage, because there's no way we could have used that much every month. We had constantly rising trash fees for valet trash, and we also had to pay for a dumpster. Every single month the fees changed (they didn't get lower). They say all of this stuff is included but it's really just a way for them to raise your rent without technically raising the rent. Fee after fee we ended up paying 200-300 more a month then we expected. Also, when moving in we were moving from far away, we were very thorough and 100% were told washer and dryer were included only to then be told when we got there they meant hook-ups. This was an essential to my roommate so she was not happy. They wanted 80 more a month to rent them. The complex is not clean either. I wouldn't even let my worst enemy swim in the disgusting pool by my unit. There were ducks in it all the time and their feces was all over the groind. Of the 4 washer and dryers only 2 worked half the time I lived there, then only 3. Our kitchen was a disaster from the drawers that don't fit on the track so they fall out, to the dishwasher that actually made your dishes dirtier. Lastly, one day my roommate came home while i was away to a 85 degree apartment, ac turned off, fans blowing in her bathroom with other equipment plugged in all over and no one there and no explanation. Maintenence found some problem and just waltzed in unannounced, did whatever they wanted and never called either of us. This place is not run by people who care about you or your family, don't rent from here they will let take advantage of you as much as they can.
Ever since the management company changed from Camden to Carroll in 2014, things have gone swiftly downhill. The grounds are unkempt and the lakes are scummy. There are terrible pest control issues, including rats, that management and ground staff have no clue how to handle. Official notices (like renewal notices) are often placed on outside doors instead of securely mailed/e-mailed. There are hidden fees up the wazoo. The units are outdated and inefficient and do not keep any noise out. The washing machines frequently break down. Other than the outdated units, none of these were problems until present management moved in. Before the management change, this place was otherwise quite pleasant; now it's one big headache.
My family and I lost our home 3 years ago and had to be dispersed for a few months. We moved into a 3 bedroom apartment with five people and have been doing so since we were able to get back on our feet. My parents were both laid off and I move back home to help my family. Now, thank God everyone is back on their feet and I'm moving into my own apartment in November. Thanks to Arium, namely Jennifer(my rep),they made this whole process seamless! I was so hesitant to leave my family but they pushed me and told me it's okay, we're good now. The staff at Arium were so nice and welcoming and I'm very thankful to be moving into a place where it feels like home already.
Future renters beware not as wonderful as it seems. Apartments are old and rundown . There are bugs everywhere. My apartment was supposed to have been renovated yet nothing worked took several weeks to get just everything that I was promised was supposed to be already done claimed was brand new.. Red ants will be in your new carpet on a regular basis along with roaches lizards spiders frogs anything else that comes right through your doors and windows. Had a big problem with neighbors next door and upstairs form me doing drugs and disturbing the peace at all hours of the night. Office staff now very rude and very unwilling to help as if I'm now the problem now I get the silent treatment for calling security on them many times. Mandatory cable and trash removal is not included as stated that will be an extra 77 dollars a month. Way overpriced and overderrated for what you get. Anybody up front in the first few buildings traffic will keep you up at night. Very noisy in the front buildings never peaceful. This place will smile to your face but behind your back won't do a darn thing to help you if you have a problem. All maintenance guys are very nice pools are nicely kept and pretty. Manager is nice assistant manager a little uppity. Only one of the leasing agents knows what's going on. Office will close unexpectedly anytime they feel like it. Pest Control is a joke. The office staff cares more for the outside of the apartments and grounds rather than the inside. Pay almost $900 a month for a Crummy 600 foot apartment. Everything that could possibly have broken down has. it's ridiculous.
This place is not bad at all. Rent is very reasonable compared to the surrounding properties, and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the interior amenities are a bit outdated and need to be fixed up.
I've been here for 6 months and have been happy with my stay. The area is quiet for the most part. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. The location is excellent, right next to the highway so I can make my way out to the other side of the city in just a few minutes. Prices are reasonable and I would recommend anyone to live here. :)
These apartments are great, very quiet, upgraded and spacious.
This is a great apartment if you like to be near anything and everything. The local fitness facilities are always pumping, downtown Tampa is always bustling and the local beaches are constantly making waves, just begging for you to jump in the water. You can hit up the international mall, entertain the vast array of nightlife options and even fly to the airport to escape in no time as everything is within 30 minutes of this complex.
