Be Mesa staff have been great! real attentive and on alert. I definitely don't recommend this community. This was by far the worst move in experience of my life and the apartment was in no way ready for move in.

Lived here almost a month and the dishwasher still doesn't work. My last apartment didn't have one and I moved here and pay quite a bit extra for the same situation I had previously- no dishwasher. Very annoying. Also, they don't uphold their smoking policy very well at all.

DON’T MOVE HERE!! This place is a trap! When we found this place it looked like a promising community. We signed our lease then greystar took over shortly after. They canceled the security team, they had to give us a different apartment because ours wasn’t ready on move in day. The apartment they gave us was still unfinished. The closet’s had no place to hang clothes, cabinets were not painted, the tubs were stained and cracking and the carpets had bleach marks. We were told we’d be getting a newly remolded unit but it was far from it. They use cheap finishings and cut all the corners. If you try to get something fixed the maintenance will show up two weeks after your claim, and then tell you it’s either a job for the remodel team or they will put you on a list for third party contract work. Either way it’s not getting done. They just drag it on hoping you forget. We tried getting our dryer fixed two months in and nothing was ever done because they claimed someone had to come clean out the vents and we would be put on list (never came). The area is sketchy, between used rigs and dog poop the area is very dirty. Homeless walk through everyday and set up under all the gazebos. Our dog caught giarihia at the dog park twice because it is covered in dog waste. We finally had enough 6 months in when someone tried to break into our apartment. I caught it all on a doorbell camera and the cops said there was nothing they could do because they weren’t able to make it in. We tried to break our lease but they said there was nothing they could do. The next day we got an email about some ideas for community improvement and I was hoping to see maybe something along the lines of rehiring security or making it gated, but no it was for steam shower heads and making every spot a paid spot. Anyway to squeeze more money out of their renters. The office is disorganized and is a revolving door for employees. There is only one thing they all have in common besides their inability to get stuff done, they don’t live in the community. That alone is all you need to know. 0 stars would be a compliment.

This complex has been highly disappointing. I had a situation where i needed to terminate my portion of the lease with roommates, i tried for 3 months straight and they still would not remove me. i have been out of the apartment for 6 months and they STILL will not remove me even though i have not been a resident. They are horrible and it took weeks to get a call back and they never gave me an answer. I went in person to speak with the manager, they said they needed someone to be there because she didn’t have access, i went back and spoke with the person they told me to and he as well said he couldn’t do anything. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

The condo itself is a great place but if you want anything taken care of forget about it. the leasing office communication & maintenance communication is poor or just plain non existent.

Be Mesa has been a bit difficult to work with when it comes to signing a lease and moving in. No communication was made about not being able to move in at the date we were told until we called the office to inquire. We had to then cancel all moving arrangements after finding out three days before we thought we were moving. Once actually moved in we have the loudest upstairs neighbors that stomp around all day and night as well as have domestic disputes at 4am on multiple occasions. Two weeks in I had already called the police. Just to then find out a week later their dog has been peeing off the balcony on to our balcony. Be Mesa can’t do much so I have to constantly complain in order to get something done.

The hot tub is never working when we go, the pool is dirty. The gym was closed for months with no progress being made. I’m not sure why one coat of exterior paint constitutes a 500$ raise in our rent when we renewed our lease when no real changes were made.

Ever since Be Mesa took over I've had to pay more for actually less. We've not had access to the gym for months and the pool and spa is either always crowded, dirty, or broke down. Our rent went up over 30% in one year, I hope to see some reason come from Greystar and see improvements and lower prices.

Just found out they raised the base rent by $700 since we moved in 6 months ago. Our unit was FILTHY when we moved in. They did not paint, did not clean anything but the floors, AC vents caked with dust, thick grease on oven hood, broken refrigerator and dryer, exhaust fan about to fall out of bathroom ceiling, missing baseboards, mystery food/fluids on ceiling in every room, broken living room fan, poorly patched holes in almost every door, we have had flooding problems, AC problems, THE WORKS. Hope the renovated units are worth it, because the current units are definitely not.
Great apartments, very nice layouts, large and the grounds are well groomed and clean!! Everyone has a large patio, that is amazing!! Quiet community, pet friendly and feels very safe!! I recommend!!
I wouldn't bother moving into this place. I can't wait until my lease is up. Management is the worse and quite honestly I can't stand them. They are concerned about what's going on in my apartment when they were just recently on the news. I've even caught some of the maintenance guys slacking off and not doing their job. Everyone litters here and leaves their dog poop everywhere. They don't even provide a microwave.

We moved in here because it was cheap, and that was pretty much the only reason. I’ve wanted to break the lease since 3 months in. Our AC dripped for 5 months and broke 3 times while we were here. They forced us to live with no lights for 2 months because it wasn’t on the top of maintenance’s list. This was the MAIN light in the living room and we had to buy an additional light just to see around the apartment. This also happened 2 times where the fan worked but the lights didn’t and the whole unit had to be replaced. There is always trash everywhere. They want to fine you for everything. It’s half empty because people know better (and I’m sure the people who got evicted with the note on their door for at least a month got the lucky way out). I can’t believe the new management ran this into the ground. Save your money and don’t live here.
Please do not live here I've been for 9 months and within that 9 months i have hgad a masked man staring at me at my bedroom door i had to chase out with a weapon about 2 months later my car was broken into and $1000 worth of contents were stolen and a out a month ago one of my tires were slashed and the car break in and tire slashing there was multiple residents that got hit also. So word of advice do not live here some reviews u can disregard because u dont know the hoke story but i pay my rent every month and this has hapoen to me i will soon be moving

I've lived here for only a few months and I already can't wait to move. There is no security, and I've been broken into twice. Thank goodness for security systems. The lamp posts around the property don't work so walking around after dark is sketchy. The pool is supposed to close at 10, but there is no one to close it so there are people in the pool all night long and weekends are the worst with all the people and the blaring music. Have talked to management about concerns multiple times and every time it's fallen on deaf ears. They don't care. The apartments themselves aren't bad. New appliances, full size washer and dryer in every unit, no storage for anything though. The kitchen is tiny and you have to get creative with storage. Overall, I can't wait to move to a safer community.

This is a nice apartment but the ladies at the office needs work. They are very inconsistent, they hardly give any notice of anything. Every time I go and talk with them, they give me attitude and everything ends of being my fault. I would think twice before doing business with this staff.

I moved here a few months ago.. and when I signed my lease... I was told things would be fixed before move in.. and I still am sitting here months later.. waiting... If you tell them they dont have permission to enter when you arent here... they will never get the job done. Walk around the stairways and you'll notice paint chipping everywhere.. and everything is quite dirty. My last complex took care of the complex.. Over here the trash cans are constantly full.. Also check out the people around here.. its obviously not one of the nicest areas of town.. but noise constantly! You especially hear every step that the neighbors above you make. Living here was a test to show me that it's time to buy.. I am not looking forward to the next few months. Also they never hold packages at the office.. which means that you have to wait till the next day and pick it up from the post office.. such an inconvenience! The mail boxes are also not locked properly.. they sometimes have gaps of which would be easy to pry open.

I currently still live here and wish i never moved in, since i moved in nothing that was promised to be fixed has been. My AC unit has leaked since i moved in and drips water all hours of the day so i have to keep a towel in the hallway or else it will create a puddle. There is a gaping hole under my bathroom counter that most likely has bugs living in it. There is no door on my roommates closet and the door to his room cant shut all the way because the foundation of this building is ruined and the building leans. I keep my apartment extremely clean yet still have bugs crawling around. All of the staff lies and says they will get things fixed yet never do anything. Do not live here no matter what offer they give you its disgusting and inhabitable.
Management is friendly, polite, and easy to work with. Maintenance is a bit of a slow process, but repairs are done in a timely manner. Community is not gated which allows people to come in and out freely, one thing I dislike myself. Overall, the location is perfect for me and my wife as our classes are just down the road.
they say it's renovated, but there are some things in the apartment that needs fixing to be in good condition and to be paying over $900.00 dollars for the apartment. The only thing that is renovated is the kitchen area.

Not everyone is on the same page so make sure to tell the entire story each time you talk to someone new, also some of them don't do what they say they would do (make you keys, set up appointments, etc) Maintenance is very slow and makes promises then never fulfills them, they have a bug company that comes every week that you can have spray your apartment. The bug company will enter your apartment and spray while you sleep so its kind of weird. Also this apartment complex doesn't have anywhere to accept packages so online shopping is out unless you have a friend who will let you send it to their place.

I have lived at Alantra apartments for 6 months. I know this place can sometimes get a bad rap, but I'm having a hard time understanding why. The office staff are always very friendly when I call or go in and very helpful. They have made a lot of improvements to the complex and have completely remodeled the apts. The apartments as well as the complex are beautiful.
