The Beach House is lovely! It is clean and beautiful, and the amenities such as the gym, roof deck and pool make it a special place to live. The daily shuttle to and from Wonderland is also a real plus!

Luxury Apartments.. "NOT", unless one wants to live in a fraternity house environment. The building security is unsafe. Delivery people are allowed to come and go as they please, even getting access to the floors. People, (quests), in large groups that don't live here are allowed to use the Amenities, party as they like and even bring their pets to the Pool, Roof Top Lounge and the 2nd floor.

I've lived at Revere Beach house for 1+ year. I've had great experiences and would rate this as 5 stars/5 stars previously. However, they have been doing 2 days of fire alarm testing, with an average of 6 hours per day. This presented major problems for me during the work day and as a dog owner. I have never lived in an apartment that has done this. I brought this to the attention of the leasing office and was told that it's just reality. I think future residents should plan for 2 full days of constant fire alarm testing during your lease.

I have only been a Beach House resident for a couple of weeks, but so far everything has been great. The maintenance staff responded quickly to a work order I entered, and the shuttle system that runs to Wonderland is a huge plus!

I love living at the beach house! Been here three years and don't ever see myself living anywhere else. Wake up to a beautiful view of the ocean every morning which brings me joy and peace. The staff are all wonderful including management, leasing office, maintenance, and housekeeping! The leasing office team is always welcoming, and Karissa makes are herself available anytime you need to touch base regarding an issue. Amber has put together lovely goodie bags for the tenants which helped during the challenging year we all had. Last year the Beach House offered outside entertainment, and recently offered spinning on the roof and a coffee bar in front. It's easy to feel like your always on vacation at the Beach House....I am so happy to call this my home!

The Beach House is truly the very best place to call home. The location is fabulous. The staff keeps everything clean and always accommodating when requests are made.
This is my second apartment here. Sunset view are great from the back apartments. The view of the ocean and sound of the ocean are great from the front rooms.
I have loved living at the Beach House. The building is kept clean, maintenance staff are responsive and thorough, and leasing office staff are very helpful and professional. Living across from the ocean is so peaceful. Tranquil living is what the Beach House definitely provides.
