Ive lived at Beachway Links for a long time now and never had an issue. Staff is great, location is amazing, gold course located in the middle of property, pool and gym are amazing. Perfect fit for everyone of all ages. If you are looking for a forever home beachway is the way to go!

With everyone moving to Florida these days, it has become a challenge to find something nice, clean, and well maintained. We moved in from out of state blind to the complex short of what you see of it online. We didn't know what the surrounding area would be like, either. We've been more than pleasantly surprised! I'm not sure what most people expect in the way of rental increases, but I've never lived in an apartment where the rent doesn't go up every year. That's just apartment life. Management and Maintenance are really good here. So, the previous comments about Management might refer to previous staff. The current staff is great!
Lived here for two years and overall had a decent experience. Some things are outdated, like my A/C unit that barely worked well enough so they didn't have to replace it. Cheap appliances and the apartments themselves are fairly old and they use cheap vinyl and carpet flooring. If you have pets (especially dogs), this isn't the place for you. The dog park is barely a park and is backed right up to private residences, but the biggest issue is that there is a complex owned fence that is rotted out and they refuse to replace it. At one point, my dogs broke through an existing hole in the fence and ran into the private back yard of a man who then complained to me that he approached the complex about replacing the fence, but they told him it was not necessary. The complex patched a few different holes in the fence but still had yet to replace it before I moved out. If you want to have pets in this apartment, it is a $550 non refundable FEE (for the 'privilege' of having a pet), PLUS a $15/month per rent that will not go towards any repair costs that may arise from having a pet in an apartment. If you have a dog, you should fully expect them to charge you for carpet replacement when you move out, which is around $1000. Also, in my time living there, I had cocroaches and silverfish inside the apartment, with wasps outside the apartment. There are some positives of this, place, though. The laundry room was nice and I had new washer/dryer in my unit. I felt the two bedroom unit was a decent size for the price; however they raised the price by $125 the second year of my lease. The counter tops were cheap, but overall not too bad to use and they looked pretty decent. Bathrooms are pretty large and the closets are a nice size.
They will treat you very nice before you move in, after that, they will keep raising your rate every year without any reason, but offer a much lower rate in their website in order to attract more new business. it is their policy, once you moved in, they won't listen to you nay more!
Don’t live here.... the manager here dose not care for the people that live here. Most people only stay a year do to the way this place is ran. The only reason why they have open appointment is because we move out fast then we moved in. Don’t judge this book by is cover you need to read a few pages before you buy this book trust me I would have never moved in knowing what I know now. Glad to be gone...
Don't waste your time with this place. Most tenants move out after a year because of the rent increase. You have been warned.
If you like ants this is the place for you. Might as well rent an extra bedroom for your new ant roommates. The place is crawling with ants and bugs. Other than that no complaints.
Beachway links is located near wickham park, where runaway country concert has been held last few years! There's a very beautiful pool area very thoughtfully landscaped along with dog park children's park and gym. Eastern Florida state college sets right next to wickham park and also within walking distance. I have lived here 7 years now and there's always something to do in this area!
Nice community. Some of the main appliance are a little old but overall a nice place. AC is very loud in my unit which is my only real complaint.
