I have been trying to get a response from this management company about moving out. My lease ends on the 14th and still no response. I have lost hundreds of $ worth of packages at this location. No accountability. Horrible communication. Do not live here

I’m glad to be living in this place, the amenities is great and the working team here is amazing. The location is also beautiful with most of the shops being 2 mins away at max. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Overall the apartments are clean and comfortable. Management seems to change frequently. The building is not that old (less than ten years?) but signs of wear are obvious, particularly in the common pool area. Pool is not heated due to an ongoing (two year) that has still not been addressed.

very quiet and nice place to live. the pool was a big driving force for choosing this complex, however the pool is not heated and a lot of the furniture in the surrounding pool area is falling apart and does not seem to get replaced.

This apartment is great, I love how there’s a park so close by this apartment complex that you could walk to. Love how it’s a security code to get into the building.

I have now been here about a year. The staff is amazing. The maintenance is amazing. I have had a really great time in my gorgeous apartment. My only complaints are tenant related, they could clean up after their dogs more or park in my spot less but other then those few things, I LOVE LIVING HERE. My apartment is lovely, it's quiet, most people are super friendly. They have really nice apartment "mixers" that allow us to have food truck day etc. The grounds are kept up and the pool area is knock your socks off good. Parking is somewhat a situation but nothing that one can't manage and that is really the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.

Everything has been great… management is so friendly and helpful . My neighbors are all super nice … glad I moved back to Denver. Lakewood seems like a nice place to be so far .

I love living here but the pool being “heated” is kind of a joke. My sisters friend lived here years ago and it wasn’t heated then and it’s not heated now. Leasing office has told me they’re working to fix it but it’s freezing cold when it’s 90 degrees out. Kinda frustrating.

Amenities are not what the leasing agents make it seem to be. The elevator area is filthy, the pool is not heated, the hot tub jets do not work. Management is not good. My unit has a lot to be fixed and still no one has called me about it. They give false hope.

Genuinely have had a great and peaceful stay at beacon! The leasing office has been amazing, so has the maintenance team. The ability to have free parking nearby is unmatched. Resident events are on a regular basis and very much enjoyable. Great location and great neighbors. No complaints from me!

Everyone has been so kind and my transition has been seamless. Within a week or so of moving in someone had come by to introduce themselves to me and welcome me to the community, which meant a lot because I tend to be quite shy and reserved.

Living here at beacon85 has by far been the best experience ever ! I love the peace & friendly atmosphere I live in ! I also love the fact that we don’t have to leave the building to barbecue, because we have the amenities here and we also have a swimming pool to feel free to attend at any time during business hours followed by a work out gym . I love and enjoy all the amenities beacon85 provides for the residents !

It has had its ups and downs. The noise from the people upstairs is deafening. They stomp around at all hours, move furniture at 3 a.m., and slam doors and cupboards. It opens my front door and shakes my lights when they are moving around loudly. They do not keep normal hours. The walls are too thin. I've received noise complaints for watching tv. I don't want to feel like I have to creep around like a church mouse in my own place. The hot tub jets don't work and the tv in sky lounge area doesn't work either. It's disappointing.

New ownership new hopes. The amenities are good, the "heated pool" is always cold. We need events for pet owners. I overall enjoy the building.

So far so good. I've only been living there for a short period of time, but I've only heard good things from other residents. Pretty easy to move in and set up things for the move as well.

Great community. Have been enjoying my time here so far. It’s been a month or so. The amenities are decent and for the most part, well maintained. Haven’t needed to utilize the maintenance team yet but they seem to be very responsive. Office staff is great as well. Overall have enjoyed my stay here so far!

The experience living here has been great. The staff are professional and courteous, there are a lot of community events designed to meet and connect with your neighbors. I have had no issues since living here.

Just moved in a few days ago and the place seems to be very well kept and maintained. Maintenance staff keeps the common areas functioning and looking good. Office staff is attentive and helps out when they can. Overall, great experience so far. The apartment was super clean for the most part, looked like no one had lived here before. Very good move in experience.

The apartment itself is very nice. However, I am not happy that the amenities are always down. The pool is always off and on and currently, all the grills are broken as we approach grilling season. There are a bunch of mice running outside around the building and people are always smoking pot in the stairwell regardless of the "rules." I feel like things could be kept up more but it is what it is.

Awesome move in! Friendly staff! Love it here so far! If I had to complain about anything it’s how there’s so much trash in the garage! I know it’s not the apartments fault! Just sucks that people are messy

I was able to get everything situated and move in within one day thanks to Nancy, she was patient and fast with the whole process. The apartments and building is clean and includes a lot of amenities.

The building is in very nice condition. I love all of the amenities as well. The pool area is very nice. Residents and staff are all very friendly.

Overall it’s a pretty nice place to live. Maintenance responds to issues on the same day. Building could be a little cleaner and secured better. I think staff does a good job with what they are given to work with. Don’t leave your packages in the mailroom, they have a tendency to disappear and fire alarm goes off a little often.

we have been living in the community for just over 3 years and in that time we have had a working hot tub for a total of 108 days, out of those days the heater has only worked 87 days. We have found numerous broken sprinkler lines on the east end of the community, in fact, one of the leaks has created a sinkhole that is hidden by the grass, my girlfriend has fallen into the sinkhole and twisted her ankle. Mgnt has been told about this problem multiple times and still, nothing has been done. We have also had a growing issue with the homeless people in the area, they have started using the power outlets on the outside of the building for their devices, and we have witnessed them coming into the building and gaining access to different floors. Again we have told Mgnt and their response was they would look into it, but nothing has been done. I would not recommend living here as Mgnt does not care for our safety or the security of the community.

Move in was so smooth and our space is clean and so enjoyable to live in. The entire building smells good (lol) and all amenities are super nice. I was new to the area when I moved to Beacon85 and I feel like I made a really good choice. I feel very safe here.

There have been a few issues with thanks like door handles, washer, and other minor things through out the residence since we moved in this past October, however the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful with anything we need. I truly believe the staff is what makes this such a great place to live and there’s not many other places with such great people.

My experience at Beacon 85 has been OK. The apartment building feels old and unclean (but that’s due to the residents not respecting the cleanliness of the building). The driveway upon entering the residence has a huge pothole that has damaged my car (again, not the staff or building’s fault -but it contributes to my lackluster experience). The leasing staff is always kind and pleasant, and I’ve never had any issues with the residents. Occasionally, a package will get taken from the mailroom… but unfortunately that’s to be expected at any apartment building.

The maintenance crew is amazing! They are the glue to this apartment complex. The staff do a nice job of keeping everything clean, but like most things, it has it's flaws, with people stealing mail and the fire alarms going off ALL the time for no reason. I still love it here because of its amenities and safety features.

Overall a good experience, the noise level with the above neighbors is not the greatest but is manageable. The staff here is very helpful and nice, also your service request either gets finished the day of or one day later.

The staff is nice. The apartment is great. I love the common places like the sky lounge with billiard tables and the yard's ping-pong table, pools, and games. Repair service requests are handled quickly. I like to join the events, which are held every two weeks. I love living here.

So far I have had a good experience. The staff has been very nice and helpful. The amenities are also very nice. The gym is a great apartment gym, the pet spa is very convenient, I like the wine room, I love the sky lounge, and I love the pool area.
