Just moved in but I’m enthusiastic to see what it’s going to be like! The apartment I moved into is perfect size for me and my child. Nice pool view
Very welcoming, clean and professional. 4/5 however it was a confusing as to financial obligations that led me to take out extra student loans unanticipated. My initial document were received and processed with the additional funds so it was very dreadful but the manage did a phenomenal job to situate all matters.
Everything seems to be in good in good condition so far in out apartment. The community is great. But the elevator near the NE exit door smells funny. And if possible that we could get our own key card for the parking gates and security doors, it would be a great help for me and my wife. Thank you
This place is ok. Not the greatest. The gates are always having technical issues something that needs to definitely be replaced. There’s a call box that doesn’t work either. It’s annoying to know that visitors can just come in as long as another car is passing through the gate. It isn’t a timed gate where it only allows one car. As residents here we have to struggle to find parking in a lot where we pay to live here. There should be an area for visitors to be park. Having to come home after a long day & searching for parking close to the building is frustrating. The pool needs some updating. I am happy that they recently had the lounge chair cushions changed and the umbrellas as well as the new pool table. The coffee machine needs to be updated as well. It’s always missing some type of powder. The gate by the main entrance does not lock. Which is a safety concern. The biggest issue here is safety. Doors are kept open because people are always putting rocks to stop them from locking.
I am a future resident. I will be moving in Dec 16, 2024. I am SUPER excited. So far my experience has been beyond phenomenal. I worked with Stephanie as the leasing agent. She has been amazing. She has great communication skills. Our tour was so informative that we applied immediately after. We had toured other communities but this tour we different, we felt at home. The application process went smoothly and we were approved within days.
Stephanie was very helpful! Loved receiving help from her and getting information about the community. She was very flexible and patient with me.
Lived here for 3 years. It’s a great neighborhood, but I think the community has gone downhill. I write this review as someone who tired of putting in work orders for things outside my dwelling space. There are a lot of things I think should be handled without reminders including maintenance walking the property daily to see everything is in order. It shouldn’t take multiple reminders from residents to do things.
I Like the new Mobile entry but second building hallways need more attention and better landscaping as well. Also the gates are broken often.
My experience has been going well. The staff and maintenance crew respond to any concerns quickly. Pet friendly atmosphere. Living close to the medical center is my favorite thing.
Some loud neighbors and don’t always feel safe but over all okay. People don’t bother each other everyone is kept to themselves. Wish there was more security
Great complex! The staff is friendly and resolves issues in a timely manner. I’ve been a resident for a year and a half. The apartment complex is clean. Management keeps us abreast of any issues and provide community events occasionally.
The community is clean and quiet. People pick up after their pets and it’s been great so far. Looking forward to a peaceful stay at this location.
It is amazing. I love it here. It is very clean and refreshing. All of the amenities work perfectly. All of the staff members and front desk people are extremely nice.
The community is very well kept. I see so much work goes into maintaining the property. Everyone here seems to be great. Everyone looks out for one another and also remains to themselves. The community is a mix of family and single which never clashes or dims the experience.
Most people have been so friendly and kind! Don’t have to worry about noise complaints as people are pretty quiet around here. Some sketchy things have happened but over all have felt pretty safe.
In spring 2022, our apartment complex emailed everyone to say the garages weren’t in the system. They told everyone who had a garage to email them and claim the garage by a certain date, or it would be at risk for being rented to another tenant. We claimed our garage on the date asked. We got confirmation that the garage was put in our name and would not be touched. A few weeks later, we noticed the garage had been completely emptied and swept clean. It was locked and there was no forced entry. The apartment complex first claimed we didn’t claim it in time, then they said they’d have to talk to management. We went back and forth, inventoried our stuff (they have a picture of it), and now they’re saying they don’t have record that they emptied the garage at all. A year later, we’re still trying to get them to help us out, and we said we were moving out and weren’t going to pay the last months fees if this wasn’t fixed. They claim the last months fees are a separate issue and we need to pay, but they aren’t going to compensate us for the items they took because we don’t have it in writing that they took it. I need advice. Do I pay the fees and file small claim for the garage? If I have an attorney send a letter to corporate, will that help? It’s been a year and a half without our belongings, and they won’t take responsibility all of a sudden.

Recently moved in and I feel right at home. Grounds are kept nice and the property is just absolutely gorgeous. Office personnel is very friendly. I moved from another state so didn't even see the apartment until the day I moved in and I'm so glad I didn't let the bad reviews sway my decision. Night time Views are elegant and pool is immaculate!!! Unless you're walking around with white gloves and a magnifying glass, I dont see why such bad reviews. Emily and the other girls in the office are so helpful and so willing to assist. You wont regret moving here, believe me its beautiful. Palm trees all throughout the property which really gives that resort style living. I love it and I'm sure you will:)

I'm currently living at Beacon and I'm dreading the day I made the decision to sign a lease here. My car has been broken into several times as well as my guest. ( nothing visible in the car) Over the thanksgiving break about 15 cars were broken into and the complex management did NOTHING.! PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER STAYING IN THIS HELL HOLE! Elevators are constantly out of order for months at a time and the building entry doors are always broken allowing access to anyone! This is not a safe place to stay.

This is a wonderful complex, with beautiful apartments. Unfortunately the management team that has been assigned to managed this property is subpar. There is no formal security for the complex, ad a result anything goes. The residents that like to do as the please with no regards for their neighbors, this the ideal complex. My suggestion is that you do your research if you considering this complex for your next home.
