We have been living in this apartments for 3 years have minimal complaints, the price was good when we moved in. only thing is that maintenance takes a while to fix any issues

Insects and mice are sometimes bothersome, but there is a nice atmosphere and good service. The apartments are very well maintained and everything works very well. If you call with a complaint, they fix it and you don't have to wait long.

I love my apartment, it’s nice and spacious throughout. The staff in the leasing office a very helpful and friendly. Most importantly the apartment unit and complex is well maintained and clean.

El control de plagas está muy deficiente en las áreas comunes. Llegar cuando es de noche es horroroso ver la cantidad de ratas que hay a los alrededores. Lo escrementos de los perros en áreas verdes también es otro tema a destacar.
Horrible place to live at and it’s expensive! There’s rats/cockroaches everywhere. Maintenance hate you calling them so when you called them expect a bill to come for what they did. They will find ways to send you a letter to pay for the things. I don’t recommend this place to no one!
The smell of marijuana is coming from everywhere, specially in the stairs, in the stairs you can not breathe well. This is very difficult for living.
Fast and efficient. Staff is always willing to help. Messages are returned promptly and the staff keep the grounds look fresh and clean. Security is always checking the buildings and parking areas. Beautiful place to live.
It’s been almost a year here and I’m enjoying the place, is very quiet and neighbors are respectful. Children here are very safe is nice atmosphere

Hi , I lived in Beacon Hill for the past twenty years . It has been great for me , I don't drive so it is so nice to be able to walk to the bank , Target , grocery store shopping and nice places to eat and drink , Plus the bus goes through the parking lot next to my building on Tower Drive . or I can walk to Richmond Highway to catch other buses. I always had nice neighbors too I have been very happy here .

This place is full wjth friendly neighbors and families.There is always space for our children to run around and have fun everywhere they go. We couldnt ask for anything else.
Place is nice and all but the people are something else, if you live here watch your mail and packages or don’t order anything here or have it delivered else where!

My apartment is small in size, however the location where i live is very convenient to where I work and or wanna hang out at. There's no security in the neighborhood which doesn't make me feel as safe. There is a rat problem in the neighborhood, a lot of homeless people and the buildings are not secured.
The staff has always been caring and tend to my needs quickly and in a professional manner. The grounds are always kept clean. Any appliance that has gone bad has been taken care of immediately.
The maintenance workers are thorough, the leasing agents are amazing and the property is pretty quiet. It's in the perfect location. I love it!
Overall I love the apartments complex , location is great with many restaurants and shopping centers around. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years, never had any bad experiences, office personnel is kind and friendly always willing to help. I have recommended 2 families and they have moved , I will definitely recommend more people
I loved the neighborhood and the shopping center that is very close and convenient. I can go walking to Panera, Marshals do some shopping walk around have a coffee with a friend.

it’s been great just roaches problem since day one of moving in. neighbors next door are amazing, neighbors on top floor make too much loud banging noises like they never sleep always awake making very loud noises.
It is a very nice community, calm down, because the truth is I feel very good here because it is quiet, there is no disturbance, I have not had any problem here so far.
Great community, my apartment is renovated I'm not sure about others but low noise level, haven't seen police called in the area neighbors are nice and kids play outside. When I need repairs they get there quickly. Only thing that I don't like is the visitor pass policy, to access the pool you need to go out of your way to get passport sized photos and fill out a form for each person using the pool area. Other than that ots a safe neighborhood behind the Giant and close to EVERYTHING
A lot of miscommunication, staff is always polite. Apartment needs a lot of work done. Laundry in my building doesn’t work. Parking is a hassle

It's a nice place to live with very little disturbances. The pool is very nice and I do enjoy going over and watching the kids swim. I like to garden as well

I love it. I've been in this property since 2018 and I've seen up close unpleasant experiences in other properties which makes me sure I want to stay here. I'm comfortable, of course it has details like everything but nothing that makes me leave here right now the team of employees are very good at what they do definitely recommend

When i come the first time renting the beacon hills i have a good experience with the staff working and management and this time we need more security in the parking lot and more personal working for the building and answer the phone office when we have some emergency

The manager and the staff that work at the leasing office are amazing people. They work with us on catching the bad guys who are doing drugs on the laundry rooms. The manager is hands on always. May God bless her and her family.
Me and my family applied to live here a few weeks ago. We were denied and the management still processed my deposit as if we were moving in. Now I have to wait another week plus to get my money back and go put down another deposit on a apartment.
Stay away from beacon hill apartments, the management here is very unhelpful, since I moved in it took them 2 months to get me my set of keys I had to call the owners of beacon hill “zuckerman gravely management inc” to explain my issue, after one call the very next day I received my keys. 4 months into living here management still gives me excuses when I check the status of tickets (still not resolved) I put in. Beacon hill really needs to hire a new staff or properly train then. If I could give them 0 stars I would. THE ONLY WAY TO GET AN ISSUES TAKEN CARE OF IS CALL zuckerman gravely management inc. 301) 657-8300
