Maple Village is a convenient suburban community just west of Downtown Omaha. The neighborhoods of the Maple Village area, which include Maplewood Hills, were once considered the outskirts of Omaha, but today they’re a thriving suburban locale that’s great for families and commuting professionals. You’ll find modern single-family home developments and a plethora of affordable apartment communities. There are restaurants and stores galore – of both the easily recognized variety and a few local spots – along Maple Street and just off Interstate 680. Westroads Mall is a popular place to shop just south of Maple Village, and there are plenty of green spaces in neighboring communities like Benson Gardens. The interstate and Highway 6 make short work of a commute into Omaha, whether it’s for work or play.

Property Ratings at Beacon Hill
Its an alright place, the apartments are spacious and get a lot of great light, patios are large expecially on ground floor. Compared to other places ive seen the space in these is pretty decent for the price. My neighbors are friendly and reasonably quiet and i havent seen any bugs. However the maintenance is.. bad. They take forever to fix anything, and then do a half job fixing stuff so they have to come back anyway. Ive had many maintenance issues and every time it takes days to weeks for them to fix anything, and sometimes they just forget to come back and finish the job.... These apartments could be much nicer and its dissapointing to see. maintenance issues and general upkeep of the units could be much better, the appliances are very dated and im scared the stove or dishwasher will just spontaneously break one of these days. All of the parking lots have been redone so i guess bonus points there.
Overall I've had an okay time at beacon Hill, some issues , like mold getting spray painted instead of removed cause concern. I have had solid neighbors though and that counts for something
Beacon Hill is a nice place to live. Prompt maintenance responses when something is wrong, and a secure building to live in.
all of the people at beacon hill are so professional and care about their work and they fix it correctly
Great place to live. You definitely get what you pay for.
Friendly environment.hard working maintenance and great place to live all the way around.
The community is great but the apartment need upgrading and better insulation...
Good place to live. Great location. Feel safe and secure.
I joined with Beacon Hill community recently I am feeling awesome with my new community. Good people withe awesome behavior and good customs surrounding me. May God bless and protect all of us.
Superior Service compared to other rental properties that I've been at.
Beacon Hill is a great place to live in , and the property mgr Tammy is super and always has a open ear, and it shows in her staff.
They raise the rent every year and charge for balconies they never got done wasted a thousand dollars. There and charged a thousand to spray for bed bugs which was a joke there money hungry and there maintained takes weeks some times to unclog a sink don't advise living here and charge extra on rent to fill up the swimming pool what a joke
they’ve got great prices for how beautiful the place looks. The people and the area is great.
Beacon Hill is a good quality establishment to rent from. I have lived here for 3 years and have always gotten fair treatment from staff. I would recommend the building to anybody
We have had issues with maintenance taking over a month to address our maintenance issues, but this last experience helped to gain some trust towards management. Thank you
Beacon hill is a great place to live manager is amazing maintnance as well

I enjoy the peace and quiet the community provibes. Love that the staff is so understanding when it comes to tough circumstances come out of no where. Now I can not wait til I move into a 2 bedroom SOOOON
I truly love my apartment for several reasons, the people that I live around truly feel like a community as far as supporting each other. Whenever I need something handled as far as maintenance is concerned its done professionally and handled quickly. Every time I have to go to the main office I always feel extremely welcome the ladies working up there are fantastic. Out of all of the apartments Ive lived in Beacon Hill is truly a place to call home.
I love where I live it it is private quiet and relaxing enjoy yourself it is so peaceful
Beacon Hill is a good community to live in. Fairly priced with great maintenance and office staff. Not too kid friendly and could use in unit laundry features. Then it would be amazing!!
Management is very good getting matters taken care of and in a professional manner. Its very peaceful in my unit and I attribute that to management.
Beacon Hills, a small apartment community that feels like home!
Peace and quiet is what i love the most about living at Beacon Hill Apts. Great place to live
From the application process to move in day Rochelle and the Beacon Hill staff were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The studio apartment was beautiful, and easy to move into. Overall excellent experience, thank you!
I'm happy. I don't expect the world living here. Staff worked with me to get me what I was looking for. Space to price ratio is good. Treat the staff kindly and they'll do the same in return.
I love Beacon Hills! The management and apartments are amazing!
anytime I have a maintenance problem and call they respond right away , they always call first to make sure they have all the information about the problem, they tell what time they are coming and explain everything about the situation , they keep you inform about everything and they really care , and they are the best !!!
I have lived here for 2 months. I had issues with the apartment from day 1. However, the complex fixed those issues within the first month. The community is quiet. Everyone is a great neighbor in my area.
I am so impressed with the work that maintenance does for my apartment when I put a work order in , they are the best!!! and they get things done , and so polite , I am so glad to be living here at beacon hill , the whole staff is great they are the best
Overall. Its a place to stay. Would I recommend it to anyone who has better options no. Would I recommend it to anyone looking to start over or get a spot quickly absolutely. I cant speak for the other properties but at this property management (specifically Tammy) have been good to me. This review is based on living here for 6days. Do I plan to move next year... that is undetermined b/c besides age, wear and tear, and the fact that it seems a bit worn down (we also found a random roach the second day here and what seemed like an egg shell) this place isnt bad.
Beacon hills is a really good place, super nice, and helpful.
Beacon Hill is a great place to live , I have only been here 2 months and love it , the apts are big and roomy oh!! just beautiful , I am so very happy to have found them , the office mgmt. team are very nice and helpful
To summon up Beacon Hill in the few small sentences: Beacon Hill is pretty awesome! I need help, help arrives and when I have questions I get friendly answers without feeling like I'm wasting their time. My neighborhood is quiet and my neighbors are wonderful people. I couldn't ask for a better rental property! Thanks Beacon Hill for the safe, quiet, clean, and wonderful place to live.
love new management also caretaker really doing a great job
I love living at Beacon Hill. I love my apartment. The staff and maintenance are always helpful. I look forward to living here for a long time as long as the monthly rent remains reasonable
People working here at this office seem genuinely interested and concerned with my maintenance issues but it takes TOO LONG for any maintenance to be completed
Beacon Hill is a spacious apartment in a convenient location. You definitely get value for your money with how big these apartments are compared to surrounding ones.
My apartment has few minor things nothing To make a big deal about. Though I was not warned that the washer and dryer does not take quarters anymore so please be aware if you need to wash and dry your clothes have a debit card handy. The walls are very thin, you can hear every neighbor around you. Their are children above my apartment constantly bump jump and run around all time of the night. Overall the apartments are fine if you just starting off or youre being cheap
I have lived with beacon hills for 4years 3months and 2days currently. My first two years were prefect didnt have any issues my 3 year I keep having my bathroom sink overflow. This last year Ive had my rent money placed on someone elses account Ive had my rent check be cashed late and then I got told I need to pay the late fee because they cashed my rent check late and now my air has went out and was out for a month and a half and I was told that the site manager was the last person to know the progress on my air getting fixed. I have had 5 different site managers within my 4 years of being here.
Our apartment flooded 7 times before they actually fixed the problem. Once they tried to leave my flooded floor for a week. It took them over a year to fix half of what was wrong with the apartment. Then one day I woke up to a maintenance man in my apartment. They didn’t call and it was literally 6 months after the maintenance request was put in. They had staff I. The office that was I credibly rude and would tell me to bad and that my apartment would be fixed if I got renters insurance. I bet 100% that they have not fixed the apartment and let someone move in.
They should check first before we moved apartment because after I moved a lots of problems again and again
Do not live at Beacon Hills. They do not care about their resident and they are rude and very disrespectful.
The building is a great places to live
I had the worst day. My kitchens sinks were clogged but it was also rising water from the pipes below. I thought I had a simple clogged drain so I tried a plunger thinking that would work. It made it worse. I called the after hours maintenance and they forwarded the message and someone called back right away. He came over within the hour to drain the sink with a vacuum. He was kind despite the late hour. However, an hour after he left my sinks began to overflow with water again.I called back and once more the dispatcher forwarded the message. A different maintenance man showed up in the morning, cleared the pipes and prevented my sinks from filling with water again. Thank you Beacon Hill and all your staff for fixing the issue and for calling me to check in. It's greatly appreciated and it makes me happy to be a resident where people actually care. :)
Feel safe and comfortable here nice quiet building, quiet neighbors. Office management is always very helpful maintenance issues addressed as soon as they can.
