Property Ratings at Beacon Hill
Hasn’t been a good experience. Apartment not in good condition. AC broke first week. Constantly sweeping dead bugs. Have to pay for package delivery only for them to be stolen. Make you pay for trash valet only to see trash piles.

Gracias por los comentarios. Esperamos hacer de esta una revisión de cinco estrellas en el futuro.
If I were to say something about this complex it would be that most everything I've told would be handled has not been, you can't use any of the amenities conveniently, you may have people yelling or shooting guns or dealing drugs outside your apartment and when you raise these concerns the office does nothing. And then they ask you to give a 5 star review.
This is by far the worst apartment complex. All the new upgrades are worst than what was before. Response times varies. Hardly available. I would never refer this apartment
Please don’t believe the 5 star reviews lol. I’ve lived her since July 2020 before the new management took over. the previous management wasn’t great and this one is no better. I was one of the resident of the units that caught fire and water damage back in May 2021. After that the previous management took off and it got worse. No one answers the phone so if you need something from them you just better walk over there cause you will not get a answer on the phone. When I moved in last year the gate used to work for about a month after that the gate has been opened for over a year now lol. I doubt they have no intentions on getting it fix. There is dog poop everywhere so please watch your step. It’s very dark at night with not many lights so please be careful if your coming home alone. Some residents reported back in the summer that their cars were broken into. Laundry room was so dirty and always broke I went ahead and purchased my own washer and dryer. There was a MAJOR hot water issue back in March/April 2021 don’t believe me Google it. The hot water has been fixed but let’s hope it doesn’t happen again. And if you live in the front just be prepared to hear the train late at night when your trying to sleep lol. Please if you want to get your money’s worth please look somewhere else. Save yourself the troubles. it has been 3 weeks and I have not been able to do laundry in my closet I was told that it would be finished this week I have no date on when someone will be here to finish it no one answers the phone which forces me to leave work early just so I can be able to speak to someone. The whole point of me buying my own washer and dryer was to not pay to use the laundry rooms. This is just ridiculous.

Hi, Sha'terra. We are sorry to see you had a negative experience with our community. Please reach out to us by calling (704) 552-6656 or e-mail beaconhill@bellpartnersinc.com so that we can discuss your experience further.
I’m leaving an honest review since they sent out an email bribing people to leave five star reviews for gift cards. I feel like if you were considering moving here you should know the truth and not a review left out of false pretense. I have had pretty much nothing about constant issues since the first few weeks of moving in. I have literally never had to call 911 before moving here. I moved from Brooklyn, NY so my standards were pretty low coming into this so that should give you a good idea of how bad it’s been. There have been people banging on doors at 4am screaming, people using the restroom outside of my door, and very obviously drug dealing going on in in several apartments around me and in the parking lot. Before you consider living here to save a couple of dollars, I would highly recommend considering your physical and mental health. Because these events will clearly continue happening as the front office has been notified every time with video from my doorbell and the only option they have given me is to call 911 and deal with these issues myself. On top of all of these issues the management staff themselves has told me repeatedly that I would have a washer and dryer in my unit and it has been over 7 months with nothing. They also failed to send out any type of message that we had a new security company so when I tried calling the old company the other day I was informed by them. It just seems really shady to me that‘s instead of informing residents on what’s actually going on they are sending out bribes to leave five star reviews. Needless to say if I could move out tomorrow I 100% would. I have been viewing other apartments in the area that are $200-$300 more and are much more controlled and organized. So I would highly recommend to anyone else as well to consider if that amount of money is worth your sanity.

Kristen we are sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your time at Beacon Hill. We have gone through a lot of changes since our management change and we continue to work on improving everyone’s experience here. Please continue to reach out to our office team so that we can make the rest of your time here a positive one.
This could be a great community because of the location but the leasing office needs better people. The current staff are neither professional nor courteous. It starts from the community manager and flows down. The assistant manager is ok.
Beacon Hill is very nice! There service is good and its a very quiet neighborhood. This was very good choice me and my boyfriend picked for our first place!
Beacon Hill is great! During this COVID season they have worked with me and my financial situation. The staff is very helpful and are greatly appointed.
Anytime I make a request they come in asap and it's fixed. Great staff 5 stars
Horrible management and staffing here. High crime rate from shootings to fist fights outside. Broken into cars, etc. they turn the water off every other day. It’s bugs and noisey all the time.... I can go on and on.... just look somewhere else.
I would rate living here 3 out of 5 stars. One main issue for me is that these apartments are located near the train tracks. I always hear a train horn at about 3am at night and it wakes me up. Another issue is that there are no Washer/Dryer hookups in my apartment. I have to go to the on-site laundromat, which is inconvenient if you have little time, and are always busy like me. Another issue is that the Gates to the entrance are never locked, there are always random cars driving around at night and sometimes they play loud music which wakes me up at night too. Also, the water has been shut off 2 or 3 times in one month, apparently they are having plumbing issues and there has been water leaks. Parking can sometimes be a problem, I’ve had to park far away at times because there are no open spaces in front of my building. Some advice for anyone reading this, please avoid the 3rd floor, there are A LOT of stairs and it makes moving in a complete pain, having to carry large furniture and heavy boxes up to the 3rd floor is no fun, trust me! But I do have to say that the apartment unit is upgraded and its much better than my last 2 apartments, and maintenance does a great job! The location is pretty decent, there are some stores nearby. I understand that every place has it ups and downs. But don’t get me wrong, this is a pretty decent place to live. Much better than other places I’ve lived in the past!
