Beacon Ridge is my home. I love my balcony and the view I have every morning. I would love to renew my lease every year knowing the rent amount wouldn’t increase. This is an older complex that Rent should remain one price for dedicated tenants.. So many of the corrections I asked for were never looked into from when I moved in. The black bugs flying and crawling around outside my apt is not just a nuisance and scary but embarrassing.. I don’t like having guests over. Seeing these bugs on the steps and walls can give a false outlook on how I keep my home. I love my safety and my view.. looking forward to saying here year after year. :-)

These apartments have far more personality than any of the newer builds you may find. The sunken living room is an especially fun touch! Some units even have vaulted ceilings. The balconies are exceptionally spacious. Additionally, the landscaping is gorgeous as your apartment building sits amongst tall, gorgeous trees.

At Beacon Ridge, you get what you pay for. It really depends on who your neighbors anywhere you live. Our experience has been average and the management does what they can. It’s next to a busy road and a neighboring apartment complex that you can hear, due to poor insulation, thin walls, and older windows. Our energy and water bills are running higher than ever, due to inflation, but also due to old HVAC units and poor ventilation. There are plenty of bugs outside and sometimes it can be a bit dirty/trashy, but any issues of bugs inside has been taken care of promptly and swiftly (any house or apartment will see a cockroach once). Every place has their issues, as does this one, but not enough to make us want to leave and some things they maybe cannot control or don’t have the budget for. We have mostly enjoyed living here the last 3 years and would recommend it!

The overall atmosphere of the apartment, landscaping, structure, maintenance, and quick repair systems are all very good. There are some inconveniences that come from the old apartment, but I think it is complemented by many other good points.

I’ve only lived here shy of a year, and haven’t had many complaints. It’s quiet and feels so safe. I knew I wanted to live here just driving by the complex. It’s unique. The staff is welcoming and helpful with any concerns. Maintenance is excellent and quick with any problems. Great job Rob!!

I’ve enjoyed living at Beacon Ridge Apartments. Very calm neighborhood and close to many stores. My suggestion is to just update the old appliances and get rid of carpet. But other then that I recommend living here.

My husband and I moved to Beacon Ridge after selling our home. During our apartment search we looked at more expensive apartments and even larger apartments but we wanted to live somewhere that was non-smoking and had good resident reviews. We are thrilled that we chose Beacon Ridge. The apartment is very quiet and our neighbors are extremely friendly. We have enjoyed living here immensely and would highly recommend Beacon Ridge to anyone looking for an apartment. The leasing agent Alex, is fabulous she makes you feel welcome and is very attentive to your needs. Maintenance request are completed almost immediately. The customer service that we have received here is outstanding. You just can’t find this kind of service anymore and we are grateful that we chose to live in this apartment community! To put it plainly, I love it so much I can retire here. My husband and I moved here from California last year and we couldn't be happier. To begin, the grounds are well kept, and when my friends come to see me it's the first thing they mention. The front office has been more than accommodating when answering or responding to any of my questions or concerns. The maintenance is always prompt when I have an issue, and they thoroughly follow through with all maintenance request. My husband and I are very blessed to have Beacon Ridge Apartments help make our transition from California to Greenville a good one!

The apartments themselves are nice. All that knowing community and neighbors no actives never took place. Management isn’t forthcoming notification given of non lease renewal was incorrectly given. They are not the friendly community as advertised just pay rent on time and that’s predominantly the jest. As I’ve learned all because I had the rent to pay doesn’t mean I had to live here. Praying my Next Rental Experience is a lot Better and they always Know My Name????

The property is beautiful. The current Managment/ leasing staff are helpful and kind. The location is unbeatable! The apartments buildings are built strong and reduce a lot of general noise. Beacon Ridge is a true gem !

This place is way over-priced for what they offer. Apartments are falling apart and literally caving in. Would never have rented here, if I had not been in a time crunch and moving from across the country.

Beacon ridge is a great quiet place to live. The staff is quite friendly and timely. The apartment layouts are both spacious and cozy perfect for just starting out and or a family. Perfectly tucked away from major traffic but close enough that anything and everything needed.
