Despite being incorporated only two years ago, South Fulton has already developed a character all its own. Situated partly along the southern section of the Perimeter and stretching southwest over Chattahoochee Hills, South Fulton covers a large portion of residential and undeveloped land. This sprawling area is made up of a number of characterful neighborhoods, all offering access to ATL at a more affordable price.
South Fulton’s entire western border is formed by the Chattahoochee, making it a perfect place for the outdoor-inclined to settle. There’s also plenty of parks and shopping centers to keep residents entertained. Hartsfield-Jackson airport sits on the eastern edge of South Fulton, so if you travel for work but want more space than the city would provide, look no further.

Property Ratings at Beacon Ridge
Maintenance on hanging vent The man said he had only been here at the complex for a couple of months, but he knew what he was doing and persisted until I was satisfied. He had a work order and I signed off on it, made a copy, and it took only about 10 or 15 minutes total.
Horrible property management. We pay rent but there are no fixes to anything. No hot water for days. No notification of water shut off until the day of. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Property is horrible and code enforcement has been called.
When I came to the property to look over it I was very excited about the property landscape and WBA’s greeted with so much respect. But once I moved in it was like big pot hole in the front entrance no property landscape in a month call to reach out to the staff and never able to reach the office even via email they do t return your call. Just very unhappy with the choice I made so make sure you look at the unit you are to move because they only show the new unit and all the apartments have not been remodeled. I have a place and I’m not complaining but just not what I was expecting from the apartment I was show. Make sure you research the Apartment for repairs

Hello User! We appreciate the feedback and are excited to see your five-star review. We're if you need anything. Until then, thank you again! Your Community Team
Don't stay here unless you don't care about gunshots every night and noise inconsiderate neighbors screaming, blasting music, or arguing in the middle of the night. Not to mention the office workers are no help at all.
It's amazing how hard leasing agents lie to try to fill their units. Even the remodel units that the people they're contracted with have been working on don't look like the units in the pictures I would know because I walked right up in there as they're working on them and even after they're done none of the staff really cares about anything or anyone around here so it's pretty easy. The community itself is strong and the people that live here are amazing most of them anyways. But when it comes to the leasing office they are disrespectful they don't get back to your maintenance orders in a timely manner I was told there are no roaches there are most definitely roaches a complete infestation the grounds are dirty always littered with trash especially the park. They finally put the pull together after and years and years of a wait in the winter time and still have it closed, they put up a gate that only 50% works and nobody honestly once it's just a nuisance. They paint over everything so paint begins to peel bathtubs beginning a crack the whole place was built so long ago it's like it's finally falling apart and deteriorating there's a problem with the pipes they turn the water off without notice constantly and I mean constantly the leasing office has to be the most disrespectful disappointing ridiculous group of women I've ever come into contact with in my life oh, there are no pool tables no art room no laundry room no nothing the back of the complex is Extremely Loud on the weekends but it is what it is it's not like we can afford better so we settle. They take away more care of the front outside of the apartments then the people who live here and the inside of our apartments from mold to water leaking down from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs kitchen, to no screens on the Windows beehives and broken cupboards to be honest there has to be a better place to live I would say continue your search and don't move your regardless of how far they were able to get the star rating in the beautiful pictures they show you when you come you will see the truth is just too stressful I would say choose somewhere else to live unless you desperately have nowhere else to go like we did.
My agent Zariah was amazing she was quick very helpful. Any questions i had she always answer. She made me feel confident about the process and you don't find that often. The application process was easy and quick hands down she's the best thank you for everything your amazing. Tamika Butler
Do not live here! My husband signed the lease on May, 11, 2018 and when we went to go move in on the 13th, we found 2 homeless people living in our apartment. We called the cops and they informed us about the constant crimes and how the neighborhood is a high risk area. Lots of drug dealers living here. And on top of that the manager Jason is super unprofessional, he is constantly lying to us and is yet to give us our refund of $650 even though he promised that we would receive it 3 days after the incident. I’ve been trying to reach him for over a week now and all I’m being told is that “he is not available.” I have asked the workers there to please have him give me a call back and he has yet to even bother to call me. Due to this traumatizing experience of having to walk in on 2 homeless people living in my apartment that was filled with holes all over the wall, condoms on the floor and a drug needles on the floor, I had no other choice but to move back to New Jersey. When I told the manager that I was tired of getting the runarounds he had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t really have to go through anything since he was working on getting my money back. TERRIBLE COMPLEX TO LIVE IT. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM.
Pool is green and brown. Don’t believe the cap. Pool looks like it ain’t been cleaned in years. But other than that and the big pot hole by the exit gate it’s a ok spot.
It shows here that there are apartments available, however when I called to inquire I didn't even get a vebal answer, when I asked if it was the right number they promptly hung up, 3 seperate times. It's very clear that this complex lacks hospitality as well as a staff willing to do their jobs at the front desk. I'm moving up to the area from a good ways away and have been trying to find a place, but this place clearly doesn't want new tenants. If they're not taking new tenants, this listing should be updated or taken down however it has not, and it's very misleading.
Do not stay here I stayed here during the summer and my heat wasn’t working my bathroom downstairs had a whole in ceiling and was leaking water ther second bathroom upstairs tub was never cleaned so we could never use it my window in the kitchen fell off and they did not fix anything everyone’s apartment was out of air u pull in everybody window was up do not rent from these people the pool looks like a swamp and they do not have a art room they do not care about there tenants they just want your money
I moved here in November and have had none stop issues that have been unattended to. I have, no AC ,electrical issues ,mold, leaks, running toilet. No exaggeration. The maintenance team is clueless and the staff ineffective work order after work order no results.theres no reason it being 90 degrees with no AC. I'm waiting to hear back from code enforcement now. There are better places.
Lived here for 1 year and there was a big problems with not only roaches but raccoons. Management is worthless and does nothing. My apartment flooded they did nothing, my suck blocked up and the did nothing, there were raccoons running around in my apartment and they did nothing. Worst place to live believe me.
Someone gets shot out here every other month...the ROACHES ARE TERRIBLE...management and office change every 3 months without notice...AND they NEVER FIX NOTHING....I MEAN NOTHING...you have to be Desperate like I was to live here.
I moved in as it was. Dirty carpet, stove barely worked and the place stay sooo cold in the winter the heater barely worked. My place got broken into while I was on vacation they stole my 65inch TV.
Takes 2 weeks for anything to get Fix ... lots of Roaches ...They find the Cheapest way to upkeep Apartments... shootings and No play ground for kids ... pool almost never open in the summer ...on top of all that they Raised the Rent ..
I live right on a highway called old national, and these apartments are in a busy area. There is constant activity of all, and I do mean, of all sorts. I have lived in the area for almost 4 years and am preparing to finally move. Management is active and effective, but can't do everything, so as a resident I have to constantly watch my surroundings because their is so much activity going on, and the complex has over 300 units. The young people and kids pretty wild, but you just have to report them when needed. I was in bad financial shape when I moved to the area, but know I am in better shape to leave this area and seek much better for myself. Sincerely, Walking on air!!!!!!!!
The apartments are nice and conveniencely located near lots of different kinds of businesses as well as kept up very well with a beautiful swimming pool for those on a hot summer days. There's also regular running public transportation that can easily get you where you want to go, when you do not want to drive your car. And the rent is reasonable.
Nice size.Good support. Security friendly.Apartment facilities. Swimming pool. Computer activities.Access to bus and train lines.Close to Airport. Supermarkets less 2 miles away.
i live in a studio with two other people. i would like to move into a two bedroom apartment but can't afford it right now i work part time at my job and i don't bring in enough money. The apartment building is close to the bus stop and stores. The complex also has a pool and swings for the kids.
Appliances and air conditioner unit are antiquated. The overall interior is just as bad. Unfortunately, this apartment complex leaves a lot to be desired. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
First apartment and the staff here are amazing so far so good
I have been living in this neighborhood for a few years now. The community that I live in is very fast paced. I am located minutes away from one of the busiest airports in the country. It is an international airport that brings a lot of originality to my apartment complex. The apartment that I live in is excellent and I love were I live. I am glad to enter this contest to tell apartments.com come about my loft in Atlanta. My upstairs one bedroom apartment is unique because I have wrap around stairs in it. The inside of my apartment has lots of space to store my belongings. There is a pool, playground, basketball court, and laundry mat in my apartment complex. If you are a person that is not afraid of a lot of noise from over passing planes in the area then I think that you will enjoy easy living in Biscayne Apartment Homes. I am thrilled to enter this contest in homes of winning rent for life because I believe I deserve it.
Biscayne is OK apartments but to me not worth the price at all . The property manager and coworker's are nice as they can be but the amenities are never working example such as the pool and tennis court.
This complex is really quite nice and can use some new shades of style in and outside their property. I like the convenience of the stores and shopping malls near by. The low flying planes at time giving your heart the race it need some times when you are driving towards or away from the airport. The studio i live in reminds me of a upgraded hotel in Hollywood with the maid service. Sam W. Atlanta GA
