These apartments are awful. The ac breaks every couple of months and we were told it wasn’t an emergency because it’s cold outside (currently getting up to 80° both inside and outside). We aren’t allowed to decorate for holidays, they charge $50 per item they remove from your porch if you do. The bath tub sounds like it’s going to fall through the floor, our dishwasher leaves our dishes dirtier than when we put them in. The neighbors are always outside screaming at the top of their lungs. The parking is atrocious, so many people without smi realty stickers stay parked for days at a time causing us to have to park near the front and walk all the way across the complex to get to our apartment. Staff at the front are rude and don’t let you get a word in. They only care about the money aspect and not about the well-being of the tenants. Please find anywhere else to live, we wish we would have.

I do not recommend this place for anything, they show you a nice apartment with everything new, but when they give you the key and you go to yours it is horrible, old floor, old bathroom, with cockroaches, those in the office are very arrogant that for everything you They want to get money, they tell you a price and you end up paying $ 200 more, and you call them and demand an explanation and they give you cheap excuses, the hot water goes out every 3 weeks and lasts almost 5 days without coming, when there are storms or a lot of rain the power goes out and it takes almost 2 days to return, ask the tenants of the apartments before going to get into this garbage of apartments!

Karin is very helpful! The staff listens to you’re concerns and goes above and beyond to help you. This community is definitely what you make it, maintenance is prompt and never had any issues with unexpected charges on rent.

The moment I received my key I felt at home. Maintenance is prompt in your request. Office staff are wonderful to have and they look out for their tenants. Ms. Karen is a doll as well as the rest of the team. They know how to make you feel safe secure and welcomed! I would recommend Beamer Place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home!

When I first moved here the property and staff were great however since Mireya has become manager the property sucks. This is the most ROACH INFESTED PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. When you ask for exterminations the guy is done in less than 10 minutes. The management is more preoccupied with whether you have a rug on your patio than the roach infestation. Constant harassment over ridiculous things like having dog poop tested than addressing the real issues. THIS PLACE SUCKS All residents are not treated the same some get as many parking permits as they want while others are limited to one and even if you list your second vehicle they will have it towed. Move to hell or here same difference

This has got to be the worst complex I have ever lived at. When we first moved in, everything was great! But over time, they have started to neglect the current residents and only care about wooing new residents. Staff has become rude and inconsiderate. Mireya was great until she became the office manager, she ignores residents and refuses to talk to anyone herself. Her pit bull of an assistant manager won’t let you get near her! And now that they are doing “renovations” it has made things even worse for the current residents! All they are doing is repainting and repairing the outside. Inside still looks like crap. Only stayed as long as we have because of the price, but we are fed up and getting out!!!

The associates there are friendly and professional. Especially Karin and Mirre! I would give the team a 10 out of 10. I have lived in Houston for a long time now.. but it’s truly refreshing when strangers treat you like you aren’t really a stranger.. These ladies treat me like family.!!

I absolutely loved everything about this location from the great schools, convenient location and excellent staff! Lisa showed me around the property and couldn’t have done a better job convincing me that this was going to be my new home. I’m truly impressed by her professionalism and ability to answer any question that I had. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for a place to call home.

This is by far one of the best places I have lived at! The office staff and maintenance team is great! They’re quick to resolve any issue you might have. They offer a Free after school program so no need to pay for daycare. I have never lived somewhere where you can split your rent, I pay half on the 1st and 15th. I absolutely love it here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I’m so happy living here! The maintenance is wonderful and speedy! The office staff is nice and helpful. They go above and beyond and always have a great attitude. The kids club on property is amazing. There’s also a flex pay option where I can split my rent on the 1st and 15th. Talk about convenient! I would definitely recommend Beamer Place!

loved everything except the dog owners dog owners didn't follow rules and pick up after their animal but the office staff were lovely and yes parking was troublesome but what do you expect in a full apartment complex where you felt safe and at home

I currently am renting a one bedroom, one bath and the experience so far (7/12 months) has been great. I have an affordable rent that comes with trash service and my own washer and dryer. I have to pay my own electric, water and cable but it is all within the budget. The community is nice. The staff is friendly. The apartments recently did some renovation and I would recommend this place to anyone starting off their lives on their own.

I made the move halfway across the country from DC to Houston and was staying with some friends. When it came to branching out on my own, I found Beamer Place. Not only is it in a central location (close to everything in the Houston metro area), but the neighborhood and the people here are great!! And it's very easy on the pockets too! Totally recommend it if you want to be close to Downtown without having to spend an arm and a leg; and Kemah, Pearland and even Galveston are all a short drive away! Don't think I could've made a better choice!

the things I don't like about my APT. complex is they don't fix anything and one person in the office she's very rude she doesn't try to work with you. But it's very quiet back here good location nice neighbors. I just wish they fix things on time. I just had a baby,but before I had my child the AC was leaking they cut a hole in the ceiling and never came back to patch it up till this days I have a hole in my ceiling and it's going on 4 months!

Nice place for a reasonable price compared to other apartments in the area. Management is friendly and helpful. Grounds are kept very nice and I LOVE the fact that the units have a washer and dryer in them!

the price isn't much and the apartments are ok though i wish i could open a window, they are sealed shut. The neighborhood is pretty quiet which i like, but their fitness facility needs a lot of work.

This apartment is a place I can really say "Home Sweet Home" it's very cozy one bedroom apartment. It's has a very nice setting. Plenty of living room space, huge closets love the tile instead of carpet. Very happy with the maintenance service here. I miss my place every time I'm away from home. I hope I can stay here for a long time.

You have to get to know your neighbor if you want your apartment to be watched out for and vice versa. There is not enough parking when the units are filled. Management can be difficult. This property is extremely close to the beltway and 45. Right in from of a school. Grocery and shopping are only 15-20 minutes away. Convenience is why i stay.
