Stretched along the Mississippi River, Saint Louis is the second most populous city in Missouri. Regarded as the Gateway to the West, Saint Louis was the starting point of Lewis and Clark’s infamous expedition. Saint Louis’ most iconic landmark, the Gateway Arch, is a memorial celebrating the nation’s westward expansion.
In addition to its rich history, Saint Louis offers residents access to exceptional amenities and culture. An apartment in Saint Louis affords you the opportunity to climb sculptures composed of reclaimed building materials at the one-of-a-kind City Museum, or watch the Cardinals play ball at Busch Stadium.
Hit the town and catch a performance at the Fabulous Fox, or indulge in some retail therapy at the massive Saint Louis Outlet Mall. There’s incredible architecture to admire in the Washington Avenue Historic District, or you could experience the flora and fauna on display at the Saint Louis Zoo and Missouri Botanical Garden.

Property Ratings at Beau Jardin
When ever there is a problem they take care of it very quickly so friendly and professional
The people are great and very helpful. The parking is okay for what it is. But this place is not a beautiful garden. Not where I live, at best I get grass.
Beau Jardin has a helpful and kind staff, useful amenities such as the fitness room, tennis courts, and pool, and is typically peaceful and quiet. My partner and I have enjoyed living here for the past 2 years! The maintenance team is very helpful and I have only had positive interactions with them. I always feel listened to and respected, and our issues (especially when higher priority) have always been resolved in a timely manner. Overall, my partner and I would love to continue living here in the future.
Beau Jardin isa pretty , quiet community that feels very safe.
I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!! Please review my last responses to see all the amazing comments I have made about my life at Beau Jardin!!
Beau Jardin what a wonderful place to live an amazing environment to either be a single person or to have a family. I can say that it's been a pleasure to reside here and deal with the team here who have addressed any issue that has come up or problem in the apartment thank you for all that you do. You're an amazing group of people that work hard to keep your residents worry free and happy in this community we call HOME.
I love this community! I am never worried about my safety! The management team is usually pretty nice and accommodating!
The amenities are wonderful as are my neighbors and all the staff. Everyone is friendly and respectful it’s a truly wonderful place to call home
Great place to live, nice neighborhood enjoy my many years of living here over 20 years.??
Great staff. Wonderful tenants...a lovely place to call home
My experience living at Beau Jardin for two and 1/2 decades has been good but it never has been better than these last years with Teresa and Kailey and Ray et al.!
If you’re seeking a safe, quiet community, Beau Jardin is the place for you! The office staff and the maintenance staff are the best! They really do care about the residents!
Amazing community, lovely leasing staff, and my new two bedroom is just DIVINE to live in! I’m finally at a place I can happily call home!
It's been 3 and half year being the Beau Jardin resident. I am happy with the maintenance particularly as the requests have been considered asap. Being happy means being a member of Beau Jardin community.
Great staff; great community. Easy access to Olive, Lindbergh, 70, 170 & 270. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals, AMC theater.
Efficient and friendly management and good maintenance timely response
For the years I lived at Beau Jardin the Staff and Maintenace have always been very friendly and professional.
Beau Jardin is a great place to live. Clean, great management and timely maintenance work.
It is a terrible place to live in. My roof leaks every year and management remains difficult to reach out to.
Extremely efficient and friendly management and maintenance. Portal service is great. Direct Calls to the management office are also dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner.
Beau Jardin is the only place I wish to reside in as I am thankful for it everyday!
The staff is amazing! Friendly, courteous, professional. They are genuinely concerned about the residents. I can honestly say they go above & beyond when called upon! So refreshing & exceptional!
Love the front office ladies. Always so willing to help. The maintenance team is just as great! Very satisfied
I’ve lived here 14 months and have been extremely satisfied with everyone that I have come in contact with, from the office to the maintenance people. Whenever I needed something done in my apartment, it was done as fast as they could get it done. I’m very happy here.
This is truly a community that feels like home. Management and maintenance is outstanding. Beautiful grounds and a great location.
We have been living in the Beau Jardin community for apporx. 22 years. Obviously we have been very happy here!
The management and maintenance care of the complex response to me as family in the best sense of the word!!
If you want an apartment community that feels like a HOME, then you have come to THE BEST complex in St. Louis to call HOME! Teresa and Kailie are THE BEST leasing managers and Ray and Ritchie are amazing maintenance experts! Very dog-friendly community and everyone goes above and beyond!!!
Beau Jardin is a great area to live in I’ve been in this complex for over ten years the space for the price is great even with real estate prices rising! I love apartment living! And this is the place for me!
I've lived in Beau Jardin for 26 years! The office staff and maintenance staff with Greystar at the best of the best!!
The staff at Beau Jardin are so friendly and professonial. I've lived here since 1990 and this is my home . I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Thanks Beau Jardin!
Whenever Ive had a maintenance problem it was resolved right away.
Wonderful place to live. The management and staff are the best
Ive been in this complex for over 12 years! I love the location and the value for your money has been awesome please dont change
I moved in almost three weeks ago & I honestly have no issues! Im comfortable & feel safe. Again, no complaints here!
I literally can't say enough amazing things about Beau Jardin Apartments. I have rented for the past ten years, and Beau Jardin was by far and beyond the BEST place I have ever lived! Incredibly clean -- they have a maid service that comes out and cleans the common hallways every weekend, and a grounds service that keeps the landscaping beautiful and bright with lovely flowers everywhere. It's very safe and well-lit, even coming home from work alone late at night; there's a Schnucks less than five minutes away, that also delivers. Maintenance is typically prompt and efficient, leaving a report every time they stop by and never making you feel like an inconvenience. The pool is a DREAM; I always brag to everyone I meet about the gorgeous waterfall design, and I love that it's never really crowded. They're TRULY pet friendly, welcoming big dogs, and the first-floor apartments with patios with tall privacy fences are perfect for pet owners, in addition to the large dog park if your pup is dog-friendly. The leasing office offers two computers and free printing for residents as well as fax services during office hours, which is a huge bonus if you don't print often enough to have your own printer or need to fax any official paperwork. But even beyond ALL of that, the most amazing aspect of Beau Jardin Apartments is the staff and the sense of community. The leasing staff knows the residents personally, and genuinely cares about you. When I had surgery and ended up having to go to Illinois with my family for a week for recovery, the staff worked with me and didn't penalize me for receiving my rent late since I had to mail it. When I came out and found my car battery dead one morning, maintenance helped me jump it. While there are tons of logistical reasons to love Beau Jardin, the outstanding, responsive staff is among the biggest, rarest, and perhaps least appreciated advantages of the community. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Beau Jardin Apartments highly enough. I lived there for five wonderful years, and would still be there today if graduate school hadn't taken me to another state. Check it out!!
Pros: My unit in the middle of the complex was pretty quiet - I don't know about the units closest to Lindbergh Blvd though. The apartments, while not especially modern, don't feel dated either - cozy is a good description. The large sliding glass door in the living room provides plenty of natural light. Other than nagging potholes, the grounds are very well kept and very clean, and the dog park is kept in good shape too. The managers at front office are helpful, and all the neighbors (within my building) were respectful. Very reasonable deposit fees. I-170, I-270, and I-64 are all a short drive away. All in all, I am very satisfied here. Cons: Weak insulation drives up heating/cooling bills (and FYI no utilities are included in rent, so you have to pay gas, electric, water, sewage, and trash). Every time you renew the lease it goes up about $25, just be sure to factor that in if you plan on staying several years. Maintenance/repair can be slow and sometimes needs reminders to get things done in a timely manner. Postal workers and delivery services sometimes get buildings mixed up and leave mail/shipments at wrong place. No options for covered parking makes me nervous during severe thunderstorms, so if hail is predicted I'll drive my car to the covered parking at the movie theater a block away.
This is a great place to live. Very clean area on the inside and outside. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Its very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Located by several businesses, entertainment places and restaurants. Not far from major highways 40 and 270. A few concerns that I have...thebedroom windows need to be replaced. Winter time the bedrooms are super cold even with heat on. The main bed room window is really bad, you can feel the cold air coming through the window. Another issue is the outside parking area. There should be more street lights in the area. The parking lot seem very dark at night.
