I could go on and on about my wonderful experience and new home....... the sunset view, well designed floorpans (slider doors really add space, kitty loves the balcony and window ledges), great staff, secure, valet trash, high-end appliances, W/D and fixtures, granite countertops (defo a cook's kitchen!), custom paint job, elevator, fresh mountain top air, posh community areas, food truck visits, location.... *sigh* but want to keep it secret so it stays exclusive. Shhhhhhhh quiet. :)

Hallway walls are poorly painted. Management has become similar to prison guards. Washers break. Valet trash does not provide service Friday’s or Saturday’s, or any holiday. Management does not enforce breed policy for animals. Neighbors in house across street have LOUD domestic disputes often. Noise transference from floor to floor is awful.

Had an issue with my water bill being excessively high. Maintenance came to check it out right away and even contacted the water company. Apparently a mysterious leak and then it was fixed? Either way, kudos to the new office manager for adjusting the bill with a credit for the leak! Beaucatcher Flats is a great place to live!
This property is spectacular, quality materials used when building it. Amazing location with blue ridge parkway mountain like views, yet walkable to downtown Asheville. This is highly unusual and makes for a wonderful living experience !

I absolutely love living here at Beaucatcher Flats in Asheville. The building feels solid and the amenities in my apartment are awesome. I am on the 4th floor facing the western mountain views and believe me, it's incredible ~ I like the staff a lot!
We love Beaucatcher Flats!!! It is an excellent location because it is one building set with mountain views, a nature trail with a pet area and walking distance to downtown. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is wonderful! It feels like home to us!
Amazing place to live in downtown Asheville without being in the rush of it all. The quality of the building and amenities are superb ! Not to mention the 5 layer mountain views. They are as impressive as being up on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Not joking !!!!!

I love living at Beaucatcher Flats. The location can't be beat, and the west side of the building has a great mountain view of the sunset. The staff and residents are friendly, and the amenities are high quality.
Lived in apartments my whole life and have never been so upset with a place as this. Do you have more than one car that you will want to park with? Forget living here. Want to get what your paying the big bucks for in return? Forget living here. Want to expect a brand new building to not have a million small problems every two days? Forget living here.
