If you're looking for a place between Seattle and Olympia, but don't want to live right on the freeway, this is the place for you! It's peaceful, surrounded by trees, lakes and parks (and if you've got Fido with you, it's directly across from one of the state's largest off-leash dog parks) and within 5 minutes of the Sound. Any amenity you could possibly need is within a 1-2 mile radius - medical, grocery, retail, pet, fast/sit down food, etc. Staff is super friendly and is attentive in making sure rules are followed, ensuring a mostly quiet community.

We have shopping, parks, vehicle maintenance shops, all very close. We also have school pretty close to here. From what I have seen the management they are professional.
Beaumont is the best place we have lived in my whole adult life.
Beaumont is the best place to stay ,the management is so accomodative and has time to listen to you

Beaumont Grand Community is nice and quite, gated for security. Easy short drive to JBLM. Location near shopping center and other businesses.
I have been in this community for a hot minute, my ex was military and the proximity to base was very convenient, the office team was also super helpful with rent and payment options when the pandemic happened, which was a saving grace since i moved all the way from MT alone. I also feel very safe with having a private security team and being near other first responders, we are also in one of the better communities in our area so it is reassuring knowing that we are not in the heart of Tacoma or Lakewood. i wish i didn't work in Seattle or that beaumont was closer to my job, then i would love this place even more, but thats personal preference.

Being military and not knowing where to call home, Beaumont Grand Apartments accomplished a super fast and swift move in process. Coming from across the country was very stressful and Dana was fantastic at communicating and checking in while I was traveling there. We loved our experience minus a few noisy neighbors, late night parking, and the lack of maintenance ( which I understand as I know the economy during Covid wasnt the best)

I love the property, how its parking pass only, fenced, and has covered spots. The only big issue is the maintenance issues and how long it take them to come fix it. Theyve been short a maintenance person for months now, and they will tell you that too.

I’m going to save the huge drawn out paragraph of which would be easy for this apartment complex. Way too overpriced. Management is okay but will charge you thousands for touch up paint and carpet repair. Parking is non existent. Seriously... imagine driving around for an hour looking for a parking spot right after work. This place is terrible. I feel bad if you’re even considering this place. Run.

No. Dont move here unless you have an assistant to deal with the front office on your behalf. Itll be a pleasant stay if you can stay out of their way.

I have been at Beaumont Grand for almost 3 years. This has been one of the best homes I have ever lived in. The management make me feel valued and at home, I have kind neighbors and feel safe. I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone.
I have lived in Beaumont Grand for 3 years and I have been pleased with my experience here. Management provides exceptional customer service and has always had a answer to my questions. The maintenance team works hard around the clock to keep everything running properly and the grounds looking clean.
Everything is perfect except the fact that after 8pm it really difficult to find a parking. Not enough parking place for reseidents
The staff at Beaumont has been professional, courteous and thoughtful throughout my move in. It's been a very positive experience.
