Property Ratings at Beaver Brook Gardens
Complex is in a flood zone for the past 2 years the river back up and enter the parking lot and if u have a vehicle in the garage or valuable u can consider it a loss and there no reimbursement..And what they charging for rent its not worth it. The management needs to take into consideration and stop increasing the rent until they fix the matter of flooding.
THIS DEVELOPMENT IS THE NICEST DEVELOPMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN! BESIDES THE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE CREW BEING VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TOP OF THINGS, THEY DO AMAZING EVENTS FOR THE CHILDREN THAT LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY. WE JUST MOVED IN, IN SEPTEMBER. THE FIRST EVENT WE TOOK PART IN WAS THE HALLOWEEN PARADE AND PARTY. THEY ORDERED PIZZA FOR ALL THE KIDS/PARENTS, PROVIDED DRINKS AND CANDY IN TRICK OR TREAT BAGS. MY CHILD WON A PRIZE FOR BEST COSTUME AND THEY GAVE A $25.00 GIFT CARD TO TOYS R US, NOT SOMETHING I WAS EXPECTING AT ALL. THIS MAY LOOK LIKE AN APARTMENT COMPLEX, BUT IT'S NOT ITS A DEVELOPMENT MADE UP OF WONDERFUL STAFF AND AMAZING NEIGHBORS. IT'S A COMMUNITY WITHIN LINCOLN PARK FOR SURE. I LOVE BEAVER BROOK GARDEN, I AM THRILLED WITH OUR DECISION TO MOVE THERE..... SPOTLESS GROUNDS AND LAUNDRY ROOMS TOO!
staff wonderful, maintenance come within minutes, grounds well manicured. Good place to live
We live within walking distance of the train station. Also in walking distance there are wonderful places to eat, a laundromat, grocery store, post office, pharmacy, and charming shops. The apartment complex also hosts events for tenants throughout the year.
The grounds are well maintained, 24 hour maintenance, friendly staff, safe environment
I being living here for 5 year with my children it a great place to rise my kids and the school is great also I I've this town because it quite and my kids are at peace her
I've been a resident of Beaverbrook Gardens for 9 years & am very happy here. The grounds are always well maintained, the staff is very helpful, the maintenance crew is very nice whenever they come to fix any problems in my unit. My neighbors are fantastic & you get a real community feeling when you live here. I looked at many different apartments in the area before choosing this one, and I'm so glad I picked Beaverbrook!
