Property Ratings at Beaver Creek
I cannot say how much we loved Beaver Creek—and I lived here during quarantine! First thing’s first, JOEY. He is the apartment manager and a joy to work with. From day 1 he has been helpful, friendly and always has our best interest in mind. I have watched him turn this place around in just two short years. New interior and exterior painting, new floors, resurfaced parking lot, increased security (we have keypads now so not anyone can get into the buildings), new apartment sign (which looks awesome) and professional landscaping all the time. He has been easygoing and very flexible the whole time. His entire team addressed any maintenance issues we had within MINUTES. Are you kidding me? The only bothersome thing about our apartment was some spots of the subflooring which I expect will be worked on once we leave. Second, the location. Can’t say enough how much we enjoy living right next to the max and near so many parks (Center st, wetlands, cedar hills, etc.). The surrounding neighborhoods are a joy to walk through and the area feels very safe. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, we walk to the library all the time, and the area is only getting nicer. Third, the amenities. Although we only were able to enjoy these for a few months due to the pandemic, the indoor pool, hot tub, gym and sauna were awesome. I only wish we had 24 hr access to these so we could get in early or late night workouts. In our two years here, we only had issues with the laundry being occupied once. We just waited an hour or so and were fine. Other than that, things have been awesome, and there is always plenty of parking for our visitors. Oh and speaking of the pandemic, I forgot to mention Beaver Creek cut hundreds of dollars off our rent just to help us out during a trying time. Way cool. I don’t know of any other place that has done that. We only wish we had more time here. Good luck finding a more practical choice than Beaver Creek Apartments!
My wife and I have lived here for almost two years and had to end our stay due to a sudden need to move. We would have LOVED to stay if we had the chance because we loved so much about this complex. The apartment manager Joey took great care of us and was always extremely prompt with maintenance requests or any other things that arose. The proximity to the MAX station made it super easy for me to get to work in Portland and it is so close to so many restaurants on Cedar Hills and food carts! I would definitely recommend living here if you want to live in a great location for a reasonable rent.
Having good management is so important when considering whether to rent at a place. Both Joey and Nancy, the property managers there, were very knowledgeable and professional. They are also very nice people; I had a great experience with them.
The Beaver Creek apartment complex is an ideal location for the follow reasons: 1. Attentive front desk that accepts packages during business hours and repairs maintenance issues in a timely manner 2. Amenities include: 1. Swiming pool 2. On site laundry 3. Exercise equipment 4. Park with BBQs 3. Two minute walk to maxx light rail and bus terminal 4. At least 5 grocery stores within a 5 minute walk Overall, it is an ideal location for apartent living.
