The apartments are nice and affordable compared to many others I've seen. The staff fosters a sense of community and they care about the residents needs which is nice. My only complaint is sometimes I feel like I hear too much going on around me (walls may be a bit on the thinner side) other than that the staff makes sure nothing gets too crazy so things are well maintained and complaints are taken seriously.

I’ve had a great experience living at Beckett. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I love the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, which are always in great condition. My apartment is spacious with modern finishes, and the location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and highways. The staff is amazing. I’ve had a few hiccups with appliances along the way but it always got handled by the staff. I was the first tenant in my apartment so ironing out the kinks was to be expected. The community is well-kept and maintained. That’s always a plus!

The apartments are fairly new and are beautiful inside. However, they were poorly built, the floors & walls are very thin. We can hear the shower running & toilet flushing, if they drop something on the floor, definitely NOT sound proof. The garbage men bang the dumpster to empty so early in the morning it can be heard in my apartment over 3 fans. So much for sleeping in when I'm off work. There's a dirt yard across the way that start up earlier in the morning as well that can be heard. There has been theft of people's cars. So as you can see my biggest complaint is NOISE.

Great community, parking is very sparse though. If you forget to register your vehicle or your visitors vehicle they tow it away and it’s extremely expensive and inconvenient.

Very peaceful and quiet. New apartments that were built right, I can never hear my neighbors. The pool, gym, mail delivery system, dog parks, trash valet and pickleball court show how intentionally modern and practically convenient this apartment complex is. The experience has been wonderful , cool and relaxing. The environment is clean, the air here is pure -not polluted with smell of smoke. I have not seen anyone smoking or behaving too loudly. The kids and I love it here.

All of the leasing specialists are nice and helpful. The property stays clean. I would have given 5 stars if not for an incident with my appliances that were not handled in a manner that I agree with. The compensation for my time of not having promised amenities were beyond me. However, the office building staff of ladies are legit.

Clean property, friendly staff. Quiet gated community. There has been a few instances of theft of auto parts from vehicles, but other than that i have no complaints.

We've been here the better part of a year. I had high hopes when we moved in since the complex was so new. I was not disappointed. The biggest thing for is the level of customer care the staff provides. I've always been met with a smile and well wishes. Luella and Jada have been outstanding in taking care of us. We had a few issues this last month that really set me on edge but Luella was the sunshine on the cloudy day. She listened, investigated and took steps to resolve these and assured us that the staff was here for it's community. I'm really impressed with them. All in all, it's been a great place to live!
The rooms are amazing. They feel very upper class. The bathrooms and so roomy and the closet space is awesome. The kitchen is gorgeous. The living room doesn't seem to compromise on space considering the size of the bathrooms and closets. The front desk has always been helpful and friendly and I enjoy the amenities offered at the club house

This complex has Terribly thin walls, Spider problem, loud appliances, no real guest parking, high rent/fees that don’t match the experience.

My experience here at Beckett has been nothing short of amazing!. Every time I go into the office to speak with Jada, Cathleen and Luella I always leave laughing. Any time that I’ve ever had an issue they have always help to resolve it or keep us updated as to what is going on. I truly have been enjoying my time living at this community. Maintenance has been helpful as well. From something as small as helping me to change my air filter to carrying heavy things to my home, they are always willing to help out. Love this team!!!

Move in information is clear and concise. Office staff is very welcoming and kind, with plenty of patience and concern for resident needs. Community is very clean: no trash anywhere, side walks are clear and grass cut. Building are up to date in appearance and amenities.

So far leaving here has been great. The staffing is amazing and my neighbors are nice. When I place a work order it gets done swiftly. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Beckett is a very welcoming community. Management and staff are responsible and responsive. Any time I have a maintenance issue they respond immediately to my requests. The amenities offered are of great quality. The complex feels safe and secured at any time of the day. I’ve had an awesome experience living here, I’m happy to call it home.

Very pleased with our unit 10202! The staff at Beckett are very pleasant. We are thankful for each of them! The only complaint i would have is visiting guest have to register vehicle with third party app! There should be an easier method.

Love the apartment and amenities! Everyone is very friendly. Everything stays generally clean only real bugs are ANTS, spiders, and mosquitoes. No roaches! Only thing is parking, especially for guests, is really bad, you have to be strategic or your guest can get towed if not on the parking app or if they can’t get a spot at the leasing office after hours. And it only lets you put one guest for 24hrs so hopefully they can all carpool. Perfect place if you stay to yourself and don’t have many people over.

Beckett Cottingham has very great neighborhood atmosphere and all maintenance request I have put in get handled in a timely manner . The front office staff are always so warm and welcoming . The pool is always great place to spend the weekend and hopefully they add a pool to the community in the future *wink wink* . So far the best apartments I have lived in

So far I love my home! I had an issue with my stove but was promptly fixed! Kids love the spacious apartment as well as the pool not too big /deep and not too shallow just perfect.

Any work we've needed done has been prompt. The gym is nice and well kept. They do their best to keep the complex clean as well. I've always enjoyed my interactions with any of the staff as well.

I’ve loved this apartment since I toured virtually in April of this year. The leasing staff, especially Jada, are always very helpful and are quick to address any concerns that I have. The grounds are always kept clean, my neighbors are mindful of quiet hours (most times) and the amenities are always available to use.

The units are decent and spacious! I like how the appliances are up to date and it’s a real peaceful community. Gym is also clean with nice equipment.
