Beckett Farms is a great, family and pet friendly community that promotes an active lifestyle with the included amenities and larger group activities. Although the demographic can be rather young (ie., large groups of friends playing alcoholic games at the pool in the summer time), my family is happy at Beckett Farms overall. Homes are clean, non-smoking, front office and maintenance staff are responsive and efficient.

I really love this apartment community. The grounds and buildings are well maintained. The amenities are a huge draw -they have the best dog park in the area and my mini-doodle loves it! The apartment was immaculate on the day I moved in. The community is friendly and the staff are personable and professional. My friends come to visit and want to move here!

The renovations were done very poorly. I'm constantly having to put in maintenance requests... I've lived there 3 months and I've had to do at least 10. The issues are resolved quickly and professionally, just wish I didn't have so many!

I have loved the 4 years I have been at Beckett Farms and I plan to stay at least a few more years. This has been by far the best apartment community I have lived at. The apartments are huge and have a great layout. The amenities are the best I have seen as well.

I have lived at Beckett Farms for 4 years and do not plan on moving out anytime soon. I have lived in several apartment communities and this is by far my favorite one because of the location, apartment layout, and amenities.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Its a big upgrade from anywhere in Charlotte and the quietness and peacefulness is unmatched! The sense of community is great and everyone is sooo nice! This will be home until we buy a house most likely!

We moved from NY not knowing anything about this area. I called around to several apartment complexes and Jessica from Beckett was by far the nicest and most patient person. She was most helpful and made our transition to SC in general so easy and smooth. The property is very nice and I love that it is a smoke free community. All the residents I have met so far are friendly and all the common areas are beautiful. Glad to be a resident here.

Safe, clean, and staff is very good on keeping us updated on what is going on. They always have something for the residents on holidays and also have special food trucks that visit. The staff is always available and have a great attitude! We even get waves from maintenance:). Staff seems to have a very low turnover which is helpful. Happy here! Nice safe place:).

I really enjoy living here. it is clean, quiet and we feel a sense of community. the amenities are great here - pool, dog park and gym. The layout of the apt is great and updated.
