The staff is great and the price is extremely reasonable.
I've lived here for over 10 years now and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! Jeff is the best, always takes care of everyone and is so nice! The building has changed dramatically since Tara, the property manager, has been here. The staff always goes above and beyond. You cannot beat this place! I love my home!
I’ve lived here for over 15 years in total, repeat tenant, like a lot of us here. I’ve lived in other places in the area and have come back to Bedford Place because it’s quiet, well maintained and great space for the money. Tara the property manager and Jeff the maintenance man are the best! Always going above and beyond to help you. Love them, love this place.

I've lived here for about 5 years and I absolutely love it! Maintenance is great, so friendly and helpful. Tara, the property manager, is one of a kind! Always going above and beyond our expectations. I have had no problems the last few years and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a long term apartment. The only down side is the no pet policy.
Lived here for 10 years. When I first moved here it was a decent place but has gone WAY downhill since then. There are a few really great tenants but for the most part it is people who couldn't care less about the place they live in. People throw/leave trash around the building and grounds, there are people selling drugs in the hallways and parking lot. People sit in out in their cars and smoke weed and listen to EXTREMELY loud music right outside your window with no regard for anyone else. There have been recent break-ins of the change machines in the laundry rooms - forcible entry with a crowbar. Nothing was done about it at all and now there is no change machine at all you are on your own finding change. Speaking of laundry - the washers and dryers frequently do not work properly. Can be very frustrating and expensive to use the them and management will not help at all. The property manager is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Her name is Alicia and if you have a problem don't bother calling her because she doesn't care and either does King Management Group (the actual owners of the building). The only good thing about the place is the maintenance guy Jeff. Hes always been really great and helpful but there is only so much he can do with bad management. As for amenities - there are none. No pool, no work out room, no wifi, no outside area to enjoy etc. There are a lot of other options of apartments in this area. You can definitely get more for your money somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Its definitely not getting any better but Im sure it can and will get worse in the future.
