I called and spoke to Brittany about getting signed up to get on the waiting list and she was very polite and helpful.
I am so sad! This little community would have been perfect for my elderly parents however my folks planned to well for their retirement years and can’t qualify. A blessing issue to have but not in this case. Sheila the property manager was super friendly and extremely helpful every step of the process. If you are 55+ please look into this property, you won’t be sorry.
I had been on a wait list. Unfortunately they had an opening 10 days after I signed a lease. I went back onto the wait list. Two months ago, I received a call from another wait list and accepted a unit in senior subsidized building. I had several conversations with Sheila at Beech Grove Station and she has been great! Based upon the customer service alone, I would highly recommend this property.
Beech Grove Station is a well managed and maintained place to live. Sheila, is a excellent manager and has worked well with me. She keeps me updated on my rental situation and answers my questions about the process of becoming a resident. The neighborhood is well maintained and beautiful. I often drive through the complex and think about how I will decorate my future apartment. I wish I would have known about Beech Grove Station earlier in my search for a home. I will become a long term and happy resident of the complex very soon! Thanks Sheila for all the help, information and updates. You're an excellent employee!
Ms. Shelia was on-it the whole time. She kept us up-to-date during the entire application process. Her friendly demeanor and detail to attention made us feel comfortable when making our final decision to live at Beech Grove Station.
The Manager Ms Sheila is awesome!!! She is not only very Patient she is very Kind, returned my calls always in a timely manner. Took the extra minute to explain things to me even when it took several explanations she was always Courteous and walked me through the online application process. Ms Sheila has been a jewel and often gave me a smile unknowingly when I'd hear her voice. Hats off to Beech Grove Station Senior Apts for having such a Wonderful as well as Delightful Management Representative.
One star is for office clerk Sheila as I've never had opportunity to look at unit. Was very interested in property but will look elsewhere since NRP apparently does not choose staff wisely. Sheila is a nasty nasty person & very unprofessional. In speaking w/several residents, not one had a single positive thing to say about Sheila. My brief encounter w/her confirmed. Shameful & sad.
