Management is great, has gym and pool with a nice community as well. Floor plan is excellent and price is fair compared to other apartments.

There has been a few issues since I’ve been here. However maintenance is pretty quick. I’m moving because of rent increases, and I don’t have a dishwasher,or updates on my apt. I do feel safe. I like office staff, maintenance, and location is awesome

So far I’ve loved living here. The office staff is amazing & the other residents in my building have been sweet. It’s quiet, and I feel a million times safer than at my previous apartments. Amazing. My family and I moved here in March 2020. Little did I know everything would soon be shut down due to the pandemic. Beech Meadow has been very welcoming at making us feel at home, after fleeing our home of 12 years. They made the transition so easy! Meredith and Leslie both hold a very fond place in our hearts and we are always dropping in to say hello! They are the reason we love it so much here!

I relocated from New York to Indianapolis and fell in love with Beech Meadow right away. It's tucked away perfectly in a quiet area but still close enough to all of the best food, shopping and entertainment spots. The maintenance and office staff are nothing short of amazing because you can tell they genuinely care about our safety and well being. Meredith and the other office staff constantly plan safe, community events that have helped create a sense of togetherness during the rough, isolated times of COVID-19 and the prices can't be beat. I am proud to be a resident of this complex!

Great office staff, never had a problem with communication, extremely helpful, never received anything other than respect from everyone in the club house. Maintenance is way better now too. I love Beech Meadow Apartments! Ive been here since I was 18 years old & theyre nice apartments for the price & location! After we got new management about 3 years ago, everything got 10 X better & the property really turned around in the most positive way possible! Highly recommend!

I like how it is so close for my kid's to walk to school. That staff has always been very nice and attended to my needs and works with me on issues I've had in the past it's an overall nice place to live. I think it's been quite and I've had no problems with anyone

Beech Meadow apartments are over a half-century old. Like any dwelling thay age, maintenance is a must. Since Beztak took over management there have been constant updates/upgrades to the units, the grounds, the facilities, the amenities. Refurb'd units look great. You can't beat the location. 10 minutes from downtown. 20 from the airport. 2-3 minutes from every fast food restaurant, every big-box store, hardware store, anything you need.

This is our first apartment and the move in process was pretty simple and straight forward. The employees in the leasing office were helpful and helped us move in, in under 2 weeks. For this to be my first apartment it has been a pretty good experience. There are some minor issues that need to be fixed and could be better, but overall I would rate our experience as an 8.5.
