I liven here for two years. Enjoyed living here. Neghbors are friendly. Buildings are on the older end but units are all up to date renovated & nice. Management team helped me move from 1 bedroom to 2bedroom easily when my brother moved in with me. Nice area for decent price.
This building recently changed management, but is still privately owned. With that comes a real lack of... well... management. The property manager recently left the job, and the owner has not replaced her, instead opting to "do it herself". That's management speak for: Residents are unable to communicate with her unless she is in office, she is rarely in office, maintenance and upkeep is slow to non-existent, she is absent in emergency situations, and in general, you are not getting what you paid for. The ancient elevator breaks down often, and leaves people stuck. The door of our "secured" building is often taped open with a sign that says "Pull!" We were recently notified we'd lose power "for an hour or so in the next two weeks since the electric company is updating the building meter", yet the management wouldn't tell us when and the electric company has NO RECORD of any current or upcoming service requests at the building. The washers/driers rarely work. There are multiple fire hazards, and the fire department has come out several times. Management picks and chooses which cars they want to tow with usually no notice. The dumpsters are often full, and stay so for up to a week on end. All in all, the units themselves are tolerable, but don't expect anything more than that. Any kind of "features" they list on your lease will cease to exist the moment you sign. Plenty of other options in the area to consider, we are only staying because we don't want to move again so soon.

I like how the manu Bruce has clean up both apartments and remodel very well, and he came long get his apartments very good. I been with for last 4 years, and I love living her and it's quite and we good neighbors here.
This property met and exceeded all expectations I had when moving to a new city. I have had nothing but good times since I moved in. My neighbors are all amazing, I feel safe at night and I know if I have any problems, the management team will be right on it. The team is friendly, and always asks to make sure everything is ok in my apartment. Definitely a great place to rent!!! A
