Property Ratings at Beechwood Gardens
I moved here a couple months ago. Maintenance told me the apartment was not ready after moved in...I needed a place decent to live in...or so I thought it was. I complained of mold...maintenance finally came to investigate and said they will replace the kitchen floor board under the sink after the new year. As for the other mold in the apartment iwas on my own. Trenton housing came out and because they could not see black molding was directed to call department of health. I left 4 messages on 4 different phone numbers...no return CALL . I'm taking benadryl and keeping theives and clove oils burning so I can breathe. I'm itching, my throat burns I'm wearing a mask all day. My daughter has had a runny nose for over a month. this mold is air born because they covered it up!!! I never endured such nonsense. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
When I first moved to this property 4 years ago, I loved it. But things quickly changed. Although, the apts in this building are very spacious even the studio, there is still room for improvement. Sorry to have a negative entry. Hopefully I'll still win.
