Property Ratings at Bel Air Creekside
The apartment staff and maintenance staff are exceptional! Friendly, helpful, super amazing. I'm going on my second year living here. I enjoy walking around the park like setting of these apartments. I hope to spend many years here!
-Unit wasn’t ready on move in day. Smelly fridge and dead roaches in kitchen and bathroom -No vent in the bathroom -Mold in the bathroom -Sewers overflow into 1st floor units -Pools are rarely cleaned and green 90% of the time -Leasing office staff quit all the time -Dog poop everywhere (problem with neighbors, not property managers) -Water shut offs every 3-4 months for whatever reason -Neighbors complain about “brown water” from the tap (I never experienced it) -Field mice, snakes, and bugs enter units whenever field is cut -Laundry rooms break down -Rent keeps increasing when lease is over -AC’s break down during summer 100F heat -Roaches all the time -Broken empty promises from leasing office on maintenance status -Car broken into and no security or camera -Fitness center never opened -Still have not received deposit refund or itemization since moving out in May 2023. currently August 2023 I have had 4 rounds of changing office staff and managers and they just inherit the problems of the previous staff with no clear solution. Good luck if you choose this place
Been trying to get them to fix the problems in my apartment for months. Slow maintenance or just dont care. Wouldn't renew lease if you paid me. Plus the staff especially the management is rude. No help and barely in the office.

Hi, please let us make it up to you. We recently took over as the management company and strive ourselves in completing maintenance requests in a timely manner. Please contact us at 972.2765.6900 if you have any other concerns or questions about this transition. We hope to change your mind and earn your trust here!
It's an ok place. Location is near shopping/grocery etc. Rent was decent for a renovated apartment with hardwood floors which was very nice. You don't have to pay for water, gas, or idiotic fees the city LOVES to tack on. Just electricity. Never had a problem with maintenance. Always came when needed. My complaints as with a few others are: washer and dryer rooms being dirty sometimes, washer and dryer stealing quarters, other people door dinging my car, and people not putting their dogs on a lease.
We've been living here for about a year now. The rent is cheap and the apartments are newly renovated, so they're pretty nice. We have all new appliances, clean floors and freshly painted walls. You're also close to town for any shopping needs. The management has always been very nice and helpful when we need them. They always have some kind of cool activity going on for the residents, like pool parties, movie nights, breakfast on the go, the list goes on. Also, anytime you need maintenance, they're just a phone call away and they get there as soon as they can. The only downside would have to be that they don't have washer/dryer hookup so you have to use the laundry facility, which isn't the cleanest place to do laundry, and a lot of the time the machines take your money or they just decide not to work. But you can always call the number and get a refund if that were the case. Another negative would have to be the parking and other residents. It seems as though nobody has any respect for others vehicles. We have new door dings every single day, and we've also had SEVERAL people run into our vehicles and not even say a word. So I suggest parking somewhere nobody else parks or your new vehicle may take some bodily damage. Other than that, this has been a great place to live! I would definitely recommend it.
Our apartment was newly renovated when we moved in so it's VERY nice. Pretty peaceful and quiet neighbors. The rent is still a decent price for square footage compared to anywhere else, although they've raised it on us twice.. The management's is friendly for the most part. They do all kinds of activities for the residents, which is great! Maintenance does their thing and comes whenever you need them. I do have a few complaints, the laundry facilities are not the nicest and half the time the machines take our money or they don't work. So we have considered moving just for an apartment with washer/dryer hookups. And the amount of people that hit your vehicle in the parking lot is RIDICULOUS. We bought a brand new truck almost a year ago and it's already got dents in both bumpers, along with door dings and scratches. And my car has had people back up with out paying attention and just scrape their front end down the entire side of my car and not say a word about it. It's has doors dings ALL down both sides. And no one has enough respect to at least let you know. So what I'm saying is, if you have a new vehicle. I would just refrain from parking in this parking lot. They really should invest in cameras for the parking lot.... but other than those two negatives, it's been great place to stay!
I think rent is fair for the quality of the apartment I live in. They always tend to maintenance needs as fast as they can and are always polite when I go to the office. There are only a few areas for improvement, the overall outside look of the apartment could use some tidying up. As well as the pool area could use some more attention, ensuring adults are supervising their own children and not causing lots of noise later at night. Overall though, this is a pretty good apartment with some room for improvement.
