Haggard Park is also located on East 15th Street, which contains a playground and lush green space for recreational activities as well as the fascinating Interurban Railway Museum. Property Ratings at Bel Air Downtown
I have enjoyed the caring help and information from the staff
Nothing is locked, grounds are a mess, management has no idea how to do simple things. Avoid
Moved in on a "special" in winter. Starting in April, I was bitten by bedbugs in my apartment at bel air downtown. I was told by the two separate pest control people that my nearby apartment was the source of the bed bug. Management was irresponsive at first, take them three weeks and 2 days to send the initial bed bug control treatment. When I told them that the situation did not improve, they refuse to have the pest control people back quoting that there is no evidence of bedbug in my apartment, despite the fact that I was bitten continuously. Later I heard from the pest control that the other apartment was the issue, so bed bugs was visiting my apartment from the other apartment to cause me the trauma. Despite of the uninhabitable situation, bel air downtown will deny their wrongdoing and not take care of your issue. I have tried to solve the situation with the management multiple times without any success, please be aware of this company and avoid dealing with them.
This is a cute area! Everything is with in walking distance and the office staff is super helpful and nice!
Nice spacious apartment with lots of windows & natural lighting!
It is located in a great location. Close to shopping & dinning.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The management will waste your money and time!! They never answer the phone. They lie to make you think you're application is approved. I wasted $300 waiting on the process to be complete. I was never kept updated, and the only time I was able to talk to someone is when I came into the office. Matt was the worse to deal with. He completely lied about submitting my information but never did. Not sure why he would single me out and misuse my information submitted for my application. 2'weeks and everyday the same answer. I pulled my application and stopped process. I was not issued any refunds even though they were unprofessional and unresponsive. They literally didn't know what they was doing all while bad mouthing each other in front of me and my fiancé. Please avoid this place if you are able to. Time and money wasted, they do not care.

We apologize for any inconvenience and for not reaching out to you sooner.
First off this place has gone down hill since i moved in 8 months ago. When me and my roommate moved in back at the end of June 2020 we loved the staff they had. Laura, Jeremi, Darius, and Joseph were all great but since we’ve moved in everyone has left the property. I have had nothing but issues since they have left and i’m counting down the days until my lease is up at the end of June. On New Year’s day my car got towed from the resident parking area and after getting ahold of someone 2 days later i found out i had the wrong sticker (not my fault i had the wrong one so just give me the right one so this doesn’t happen again). Well I wanted to speak to the property manager (Lindsey) about this but it took me 3 1/2 weeks just to get ahold of her. I would call and go in the office everyday and she was never there (so does she ever work). After almost a month of trying to get ahold of her she was finally in the office but she didn’t speak to me she had one of the other employees there talk to me and then rely what i was saying back to her and so on. How unprofessional for a property manager to not even talk to their residents. The maintenance has gone down hill, I now have been waiting over a week on requests that still haven’t been answered. Then I put in my notice to vacate at the end of my lease on Tuesday 3/30 and on Thursday 4/1 I have a letter on my door saying that they are going to do a walk through on 4/6 between 11-5. Why are we doing a walk though when I still have 3 months that I will be living in this apartment. Now I can’t get in contact with anyone to change it so we can be there during the walk through as I work 8-5 and my roommate is out of town. Then this morning i noticed that in our side yard our patio furniture has been moved, a bunch of dirt added (on top of mulch we added), there’s rocks and bricks all in the back yard, and now the dirt got wet and there’s mud all over the turf we put down and all over the back yard. There was a reason we went with mulch and not dirt and the reason is dirt is messy. They didn’t not give us a heads up that they would be doing this, they didn’t tell us after the fact, and when i just went into the office to ask about it Matt “doesn’t know anything about it”. I’m just irritated at the fact that nobody told me they were going to be doing this and that i wasn’t aware people were in my home. Just be careful and aware moving into these apartments that the management sucks.
Toured the place, Heather was great. Smelled a little pot in the halls, who cares?! I made a poor choice a year ago and got a DWI, moved passed it but totally forgot to mention it, as I’ve received a big promotion, met an incredible girl and set my life back straight, since. The application, gets held up, I reach out to Heather about it, every time I called her to see what I needed or if I missed something, she seemed like I couldn’t bother her. She finally tells me it’s my background check. I reach out and was very honest about what happened and asked if I could speak with whoever would make the final decision. No response, just a denial from the screener.
