Property Ratings at Bel Air
I’ve lived here for the last 2 years and these are not bad apartments. They were great for me starting out on my own. However, they have made me realize what I want and do not want in my next apartment/house. I dislike that my washer and dryer hook up is located in the master bedroom closet. The bathtub/ toilet part of the bathroom is way too close together . My air conditioner is in my second bedroom closet , it takes up half the closet . I do not feel like this apartment cools properly. The hot water heater is in the pantry where the roachs like to reside. Somebody even painted over a roach. I emailed the manager about pest control once and she never responded .Maintenance requests are answered in an okay timing . Bathroom sink area is large, it’s very nice and the closet is as well. There is a lot of closet space and the bedrooms are a good size. I hate washing here there are only 3 washers in each laundry room and 99 percent of the time the larger one does not work. My neighbors smoke weed I believe and sometimes when I come home I smell it in my apartment. I have to slam my doors to shut them. I hate the parking here and there is sand by the garbage can that never goes away

Love my new apartment, nice, clean, and accesible to everything. The move in process was easy and simple and the property manager Mrs. Tammy is excellent. When I finally met her I was greeted by an amazing smile and professionalism.

I actually really like living here. I renewed my lease last year. They take care of complaints in a timely manner. My only issue is that I have a roach problem that has persisted. when last year I had hardly any. They come through the cracks under the walls and roam the kitchen, its crazy every night I see them. Other than that its a great place to stay.
German cockroaches live in the walls despite constant pest control visits, communal laundry will leave your clothes dirtier than before you washed them (if there are ever any available since other tenants leave their clothing in them for hours), every hallway you enter reeks of marijuana, and security takes hours to respond to any complaints. This complex is not well kept or family friendly.
Since they have been under new management they are nothing, but rude! One of the ladies in the front office is very rude. They don’t have any compassion or sympathy for your apartment problems. Leaving as soon as my lease ends
My child applied for an apartment here and they gave her the runaround. First, they stated she needed a cosigner we got her two cosigners, with monthly income extremely high for them to tell her she cannot get the apartment. We even offered to pay three months in advance for the rent just so she can have a place to leave while she goes to work. In addition, they took two Application Fees from us, for them to say they can only give us back $20. I do not appreciate the management office stringing her along for two weeks for a negative outcome about the apartment, since she has traveled a distance for this apartment because her job started soon. This place is a scam.
