Bela Rosa

After spending 6 months at another brand new complex I was hesitant about moving to Bela Rosa. But boy was I pleasantly surprised. The staff is pleasant ,attentive and did a great job communicating availability through the unit selection process The property is well laid out with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with large spaces for full size vehicles. The unit itself is large with tons of closet and storage space and was immaculate when I moved in. Highly recommend.

Whenever I go to the office the staff is always friendly and so helpful. Misty will go out of her way to help and Geremiah stays on top of things that need to be taken care of.

Office staff is amazing. Micalah, Misty, and Elizabeth! They are helpful and have been doing something for the residents on Thursday’s for thankful Thursday’s which is so nice of them. Really recommend because the apartments are also beautiful with granite countertop and gas appliances.

Bela Rosa Apartments is Great I love the area and the environment their bedrooms are nice and also there staff are awesome they are respectful and helpful they take time and effort to show there 2 bedrooms or 3 bedroom apartments to anyone that need a home and I’m so so glad that Bela Rosa is a Excellent place to be! :)

You want quiet fine living and a beautiful place to call home? Well Bela Rosa is the place to be. Their 2 story townhome apartment is the best I've seen in many many many years. My move-in experience was smooth and easy. They made the process less stressful and provided many resources to make our transition seem-less. The staff were very attentive to my needs. Glad to call Bela Rosa Home!

I have been here for 3 and a half years and I have no issues. Management is actively taking care of my needs and never had an issues with maintenance for the most part. Great price for location and surroundings. Best apartment i have stayed on thus far.

I have lived in the complex for 2 yrs. The one time I need maintenance to fix anything no one shows up. My kitchen sink backed up. I was wondering why it smelled so bad under the sink. Course when 8 inches of black stinky water backed up into the sink I realized why. I contacted maintenance through email at 830am and contacted management directly by 1030-1100...they had the entire day to fix it. And it was the 1st time my girlfriend came over and my place smells like crap...i thought they would have fixed it by the time we got to my place by 530 ish...really not happy...will fix it myself....

I am a long time resident here and my lease is up in December!! I can't wait! This place has gone down hill!! Management that doesn't care or communicate with residents! Rude front office staff! Only enough maintenance staff to handle emergencies and not regular maintenance items! Hot tub has been down for 3 months! Scorpion infestation hard to control even with exterminator! Large dogs allowed to run around without a leash! Units are outdated! Still have carpet on first floors and appliances are old! No real perks offered! There are plenty of other options within a 5 to 10 mile radius! Keep looking!! I feel it's important to enjoy where you live and at this point I don't! December can't come soon enough!!

Please do not waste your $ here.Their sewage vents into the air, no regulation on pets, no regulation on waste management (which you will pay for in your bill) as well as a very rude staff. Please, save yourself and do not rent here

I had a stroke on 2/25/19, this same day we received a notice that we needed to respond. Seeing that i was in ICU could not respond now that we have moved out they charged me for giving late nice by couple days. i had 23 flights of stairs to walk up and down. we asked annette front office if we could break our lease she said it can only be broken if someone died. i'll i can say is thank goodness i did not fall. Never responded to Complaints regarding our loud neighbors, cars blasting their music going through the complex, cars speeding, PARKING tenants that have garages uses them for storage. pool is always closed and moldy, THe complex needs to be painted on the outside and the halls to enter into your apartment are filthy. You might get your lease low but keep in mind your water bill runs over $100.00 a month and they include this into your monthly lease, the do not tell up up front that you have to have both APS and SW Gas. OF course they are keeping all but $65.00 of my deposit, punished for late notice to move out which again i was in ICU. I've already contacted legal counsel regarding this issue what Annette told us is not what our contract states.

This is the only apartment complex in Anthem and they total take advantage of that. The exterior buildings are run down and need painting. The halls are is even worse condition. They are filthy and smell bad.The pool is missing tiles and always has to much chlorine in it.The office staff is so RUDE. They are not interested in being bothered with you or your concerns. Good luck trying to contact the manger he is non existent.

We have seen 21 scorpions INSIDE our apartment over the past 3 months. The office has tried everything (pest control, sealing off cracks and outlets, etc.), but nothing has worked. Just saw 2 more today! We are moving out asap. I understand we live in the desert and on the outskirts, but this problem is above and beyond the usual scorpion sighting. Our neighbors below us have seen 3 inside their apartment as well and our new landlord said he has other tenants that left Bela Rosa because of a scorpion problem. It is truly unfortunate because we loved living here but they just cannot solve the problem. I hate to leave such a negative review but I am concerned for our safety and the safety of any potential renters.

The apartment wasn't clean when I moved in and the office made no attempt to correct the problem. Also, despite the fact that it states it is a "family community"....you had better be prepared to CONSTANTLY SUPERVISE YOUR KIDS IF THEY ARE 14 OR YOUNGER. I was not told this was a rule, nor was I given a "handbook" at ANYTIME until it was brought to my attention that this was an issue and I had to go get one from the office 1-1/2 yrs after I moved in. NOW my children have to be "GROUNDED TO OUR APARTMENT" unless I am with them constantly. They need to change to an adult only community and for the cost, you can rent a single family home in the area. The maintenance staff has been great...the office staff and director(s) change constantly!

I moved to my apartment a year and half ago and I love living here. The staff in the office is friendly and very helpful. There is a very large pool, hot tub, and exercise room in the middle of the complex, and a small play area for children. Each apartment comes with a garage and there is also covered parking available. The ground floors have patios; the second and third floors have balconies. Gardeners keep the area looking beautiful and the entire place is well-lit at night. Free breakfast is offered to the tenants each Saturday morning in the clubhouse. Throughout the year there are social gatherings in the clubhouse so folks can meet their neighbors. I have great neighbors and the place is quiet. Pets are allowed and people do clean up after their dogs. The best part is the rent! It is not that expensive to live here. I renewed my lease for 14 months and was given a chance to play "Spin the Wheel" in the office. I won an iPad Mini!

Bela Rosa~The name alone suggests 'European' and 'flair'! These are apartment homes, with the emphasis on home. And style. ~ The single room apartments are over 700 square feet in size. Very roomy and bright. The kitchens are good-sized, all with true granite counter tops. The walk-in closets are huge and each apartment has a very nice balcony or patio to enjoy. The layout of the complex is well thought-out. There is plenty of covered parking as well as a personal garage with every apartment at no extra cost. The architecture reminds me of a quaint Italian village. Tasteful tans and browns, faux shutters and terra cotta roofing. The landscaping is very well maintained. Really lovely. There is an inviting olympic-sized pool to enjoy, and a very nice weight/exercise room just off the pool area. You can get to know your neighbors at the free community breakfast held every Saturday morning in the clubhouse area just off the main office. A beautiful room with a big kitchen, two pool tables and comfortable lounge area. There is a business office with computers for residents there, as well. If there are any maintenance issues, rest assured they will be tended to as quickly and thoroughly as possible. The location couldn't be more convenient. Bela Rosa is right off the freeway. It is situated close to 'everything'. Schools are nearby; grocery stores, an outlet mall and so much more. The beautiful Anthem Community Center is less-than-a-minute's drive away with wonderful activities to take part in all year 'round. I truly enjoy living here. The people are friendly, tenants and staff, and I am very happy and proud to call Bela Rosa 'home'.

This is my first apartment in 20 years and I am very impressed. It was spotless when I moved in and it has a very spacious layout for a one bedroom apartment with 915 square feet. My California king bed easily fits in the bedroom with room to spare. Management has been great, taking care of any maintenance requests within 24 hours. Free pest control is available every Friday. Each apartment comes with a garage and we also have covered parking. A free breakfast is served every Saturday morning between 9 and 11. We have an Olympic size swimming pool, a hot tub, and a small children's playground. The location is great. A large park with basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, lakes for fishing, and lots of space to play is just down the street. Plenty of restaurants and food shopping close by too. Best apartments in the area!

I definitely love living at BelaRosa Apts ! Living here is like living in a Resort ! I have lived here for almost 2 years ! The staff here at BelaRosa really know their Customer Service and pay attention to every detail on the Property .
