Regret my decision to move from my home for a clean start. It's a nightmare here
No cable no air conditioning provided and neighbors are loud and rude. Rarely get any sleep at night. My new car has 4 dents in it in a 2 week period. Had a neighbor just walk into my apartment and never even met her a day in my life. Management doesn't do anything to keep it peaceful or to offer protection.

BELAIRE MANOR APARTMENTS
This is a low income apartments, It's not the best on this side of town, due to management and owner. The kids really don't have a play ground because the new Landlord we have now, doesn't participate with any of the organizations in Longview. We have major problems going on in these apartments. I wish I could win and move to a better and safer environment. Everything is wrong, here starting from HUD, owner, manager, and maintenance. These apartments need to be closed down and remodeled. But seems like that will never happen!!! Sincerely Fed Up, Longview Tx
