For the most part, Bell Apex Apartments community is average, comfort, peaceful, and clean. It’s nestled away in The Village of Apex a small semi-private community of private homes. Located in the small town of Apex, but far from being country. Apex offers an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, banks, schools, medical facilities, gas stations and outdoors activities. Surrounded by parks with lakes and ponds, nature walking paths, bike riding, skateboarding and etc. The Town of Apex is a very health conscious community and with strong family values. And, living at the Bell Apex Apartments in the Town of Apex allows you to enjoy all of this and more…

I think they are amazing. We lived in the Sawmill Point in Wilmington and we moved here a little over a month ago and feels like we have the exact same staff as before because they are so friendly and helpful. I’m glad we chose to transfer to this location. Y’all are amazing. Keep up the great work!

We have been residents of Bell Apex for 2 1/2 years and all of the staff always are attentive and always take time to visit and hear concerns( if any). We have always lived in a house and were not sure how moving to an apartment was going to be, but this community is great. There are nice amenities, it is quiet, people who live here are very nice, and our dog loves all her new friends( dogs and people).

Bell Apex current maintenance men are both are always very polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. They come in do the job pertaining to one’s work order and they clean up behind themselves NEVER leaving a mess. They work as a team Steven and the other gentleman who’s name escapes me at the moment.

Everything’s great except the valet rules and the carpet being permanent unless you’re a new resident just moving in

Bell Apex was supposed to be a short term rental while we searched for our new home in our new state. We love it so much here that we have stopped looking for a house to buy. This has become home.

Bell Apex is a nice place to live. The office staff is pleasant and responds to questions easily. Maintenance is timely and efficient.

Bell apex is a right place to live. This community is really friendly with pets. People are very nice and quiet. We love the design of the apartment. A lot natural lights and high walls. Access to store and shop center are very close no more than 10min. My daughter high school is only 3 min. away. We love to live here.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years and our experience here has been very good. The office and maintenance personnel could not be more friendly or personable and helpful when ever we have concerns or need help.

Bell Apex is a fantastic apartment community to live in. After living here nearly 2 full years I can say that we have had minimal issues, and they do a lot of preemptive maintenance and checkups that other places didn't which is nice. I'm worried about having to potential move due to job opportunities elsewhere and that I might not have as wonderful of an apartment. 5/5 stars from me!

My husband and I have been living in Bell Apex for a year and a half. The office are very accomodating, and the any maintenance issue is addressed fairly quickly.

We moved to Bell Apex in the middle of the pandemic May of 2019. We have been met with wonderful, friendly office and maintenance employees at every turn!

I love this community! The residents are friendly and courteous with each other. The staff in the office are kind and professional. The new young Man who does maintenance now is amazing super kind. . Really Love living here!

I am resident of Bell Apex for the past 6 months . Leasing office people are very friendly and work orders will done asap by maintenance staff. This place is safe, very quiet and good surroundings.

Bell Apex is a community of rental apartments. They are taken care of by maintenance people who do a good job. The office staff seem to be interested in the tenants and their comfort.

I have been here for over six months and definitely plan on renewing my lease if things go as they have for the next few!

Very happy to see a different properly manager here. Some one that is willing to work with the people and never against them with a very bad attitude. The last property manager never wanted to help with anyone with the problems we have had. This new property manager is willing to work with you with any problems that any one has had here. Thank you

Bell Apex has been a very nice place to move to even in the middle of a pandemic the people we have met are friendly and management has been very helpful wit any requests.

Bell apex sucks. Thats it lol. My apartment constantly gets complained on. We are quiet, keep to ourselves, and dont cause any problems but its like the people that live here have something against us. Its small things like our trash can sitting outside of our door after pick up, and we get complained on lol. Mind your business. Not everyone has hours on hours of free time to remember to bring the trash in. We have busy lives. Grow up.

Bell Apex has responsive and friendly staff. I appreciate the timely services they provide, including maintenance, pest control and trash pick up.

The community set up is cute, well kept, and quiet, floor plans are perfect, I travel for work and am barely here but its perfect place to relax

Things have been interesting moving in the middle of the Pandemic, but if we have needEd any thing from management or maintenance they have been very attentive .

Living at Bell Apex has been the best experience ever! I love it here! You'll see that the surroundings are very clean at all times, the apartments are so spacious and beautiful and with modern features. You have access to the highway, you are very close to hospitals, supermarkets, shopping centers and so much more, you won't regret it here! The staff here are tremendously wonderful, caring, and are always looking for ways to help the community in so many ways. During these hard times we are living, they not only are here to help but have shown their commitment to helping their community and communication as been key through it all. Beautiful apartments and great location. Staff is very kind and maintence is quick to respond. I have had several problems with my apartment since moving in that have required maintence requests.

I love living at Bell Apex. My apartment is in great shape, the staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is very responsive. I have lovely neighbors and enjoy being able to walk to downtown Apex.

I truly love living here. Its a mile from downtown Apex, and about 10 mins to anywhere you could ever need to go to. Its a beautiful community. There are food trucks across the street most of the time. So many great things.

Bell Apex staff has shown nothing but Great customer service and has always been very attentive to my needs , they have shown that they really do care about the tenants here at Bell Apex and i would recommend Bell Apex to anyone of my friends or family or someone who just maybe looking for a wonderful place to live thanks Bell Apex for showing you care and please continue to keep us safe and you continue to stay safe as well.

The place has gone down hI'll for the last year. I used to give them a 10 now a 4 at best.

I've been at Bell Apex for over three years. Everything about this experience has been above and beyond all expectations. I cannot think of a single negative. The management does a great job of maintaining this living experience. I would highly recommend this community to anyone, single, couples, families with kids and dogs, seniors. Right now I'm sitting in my work area looking out at trees and landscaped areas, waiting to once again enjoy the workout facility, the amazing pool with verandas and grills and watching college football in the great room. Don't bother looking anywhere else.
