Bell at Plantation

The community is nice. The amenities are better than other complexes I have seen. Recently, to aid in the parking problems that was brought to management’s attention, the management company decided to request that tenants pay for parking for themselves and their guests. Each resident is allowed 7 free passes per month after which you are required to pay $5 per pass. I believe there were other ways to have the issue resolved such as assigned parking for residents. The management company could have reached out to residents and discussed the way forward. Nevertheless, the community is beautiful and serene.

Highly recommend living here to anyone. It’s a beautiful, well-kept complex and everyone is quiet and respectful. The amenities are also 10/10.

This community is beautiful, peaceful and is ideal for all individuals and families. There are plenty of upgraded amenities to enjoy (gym, resort pool, movie theater, etc.) that can save you money. The apartments are luxury with high quality flooring, appliances and counters. This place is worth the price.

Lack of communication and lots of maintenance request after the move-in due to AC not working, wall plugs not working and mold in the windows

Service decreased over the years. Rent keeps increasing & no one picks up after their dog. My package also was stolen from the mail room. Gate sometimes doesn’t work

There NO ONLINE options to pay rent. The 2 options to pay rent WIPs OR credit card payment that charges you a 3% charge because you are paying with a credit card. The option to pay in other ways was removed and the community never notified the tenants at any point. This is ridiculous. The amenity for the theater is ONLY open when the office is open which means if you work a regular 9-5 you will never be able to use it. Grills are not maintained. So much gunk is on there they are no longer usable.

My husband and I love the apartment, it's nice and clean and has a nice kitchen. The community is beautiful and neighbors seem kind. The management is very helpful too.

It's a beautiful property and pretty well kept. I enjoy having access to the walking path overlooking the lake. Residents can be inconsiderate with the noise they make slamming doors and blasting music well into the night.

Grill hasn’t worked in years and elevator hasn’t worked in building 2 in a few months. Other than this great community to live in, maintenance team is great and responds quickly to any issues at hand.

Beautiful community for you to walk your dog or have a nice walk with your little ones. Apartments are very nice and clean. Maintenance is great as well never have any major issues.

Good is great living for community, is security, relax, is importan small distance for school, market, mall shopping, and everything is great

First day in and everyone has been friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean and beautifully maintained. I am so happy that I found this hidden gem! Looking forward to it warming up so that I can enjoy that pristine looking swimming pool. :)

It’s a very beautiful condominium. The amenities are absolutely beautiful. The 24 hr gym? Amazing can’t wait to start using it and the pool is just beautiful.

This place is nice and safe I like the apartments, they have a lot of room and new appliances Private bathrooms for each bedroom Would recommend to others

Love the apartments, so nice! Safe & clean, gym is pretty good, pool is great, apartments are spacious. Only thing I would suggest is better trash service & package system

Everyone here is very nice management is wonderful property is beautiful really enjoy living here . I always tell everyone how nice it is to live here The pool is beautiful we love taking walks with the dogs and the gym is great and the kids like the playground

It is a quiet community and the facilities are always very clean, the maintenance and office staff are very friendly and efficient, it is a really nice community!

Nice and quiet community, very family oriented. I have been here for years and watched the growth. The grounds keeping and maintenance is very kept.

The community is very clean, the pool and common areas are very comfortable, my family and me are very happy living here, we enjoy go to the pool every day.

I love it here, amazing community, fast response whenever something breaks. My only issue is the grill hasn’t worked in almost a year and we can’t grill on the balcony. The grill was a plus when I moved in.

My apartment was very beautiful, with a wonderful view, and the maintenance was effective in every problem we encountered, it is really great. All entertainment services are available, including a swimming pool, cinema, and games. I like that

There are loud and rowdy parties that take over the pool and amenities every weekend. They start when staff is still in the office, and even days after they sent out an email saying no parties, the staff ignore the parties. There is so much trash left all over the parking lots and in the bushes it is disgusting. No longer worth the price.

I’ve spent a year at the bell now, great experience. Attentive staff, great community and maintenance. 10/10 would recommend these apartments.

So far this Residence seem safe And welcoming. I enjoy the amenities. Things are kept neat and tidy. The office staff are always ready to assist in matters relating to my comfort.

I’m here for my second year and plan to be here next year. You just can’t get better maintenance, call if you have any issues they respond quickly. The floor outside the door to the home is washed regularly. No bug problem’s here. Everyone is very friendly, lots of dogs and children of all ages. Great pool area, exercise room. I just love ?? living here. Barbara

My Review for Bell At Plantation a current Resident s , To make a long story short, I would renew my lease as long as am in the rental market. I love Bell at Plantation my stay is a pleasure here. The staffs are the best, they are professional, highly knowledgeable and show that they care. Bell at Plantation is a luxury apartment community. And the visual aesthetics are exceptional. I feel safe knowing its a gated community. I also love the amenities that come with the community as well. Management is very easy going and extremely professional. And they are passionate about there pet friendliness. However. The vehicle gate system is not the best. It often has problems. And the space inside my 1/1 is questionably small with almost zero storage capability. The management team has lacked in communicating his they will reopen the community and what if any new processes will look like. Over the community is great. Just not quite sure if its worth that price tag considering there are much cheaper apartments with the same quality nearby.

Love the place . Friendly and excellent staff. Always answers the phone . Where I used to live , the office people never answer and you leave a message nobody calls back. Bell at plantation always respond to your maintenance issues . I hope it continue that way. And I love the food trucks

Been living here for 10 months. It is a beautiful place. Office personnel always been willing to help.. Grounds are well maintained and repairs are done with a smile. Hard to find such dedicated people.

Experienced tenant for over a year , still staying at Bell at Plantation, am truly loving the Bell Community and all of their staff.

Overall a nice place to live with nice neighbors. Gates work, they give us free bags when walking our dogs, and the staff is friendly. When scheduling an appointment to fix something in the apartment, they usually come by the same day to fix it, and very fast.

I love living here, it's peaceful and beautiful.

Bell Plantation, where have you been all my life? Apartment living has never been so good. The staff is very amicable and attentive. They understand how difficult it can be to transition from one rental home to the next and so, Vanessa made sure that I settled in perfectly. The grounds are always in the peak of condition which marries well with the overall appeal of the place. I love living here.

I wasn't sure when I came to The Bell because I went looking some place else but, I must say I like living here and enjoy my Apartment. Vanessa was amazing from beginning to end and very helpful.. This move was a wise decision!
