It is a very lively community. Especially on the days where we have the food trucks and evening live music in the area. Very pleasant atmosphere for taking walks in the early mornings or evening hours.

I love the community overall. Neighbors and staff are really friendly. Just hoping that the dog park can be cleaned a bit more often as there is currently a lot of sticky leaves and dog poop left in there everyday.

Just moved in a week ago and it’s been amazing so far. The pool area is one of my best places so far in the apartment and also the study room near the mail room it’s really relaxing and comfortable for studying.

Everyone I’ve seen seems friendly so far. One neighbor even helped me learn how to use the system to let my movers into the building. When the elevator wouldn’t work, he even walked down to meet them and show them an alternate way to bring my belongings in. Quite neighborly I’d say!

I enjoyed my time here, but the hidden fees in rent and the delay in receiving my deposit were frustrating. Despite providing multiple addresses, I faced a runaround from the leasing office. When I contacted the leasing office, they assured me the deposit would be sent there for pickup. It was sent to my parents' address, despite providing my new apartment address initially and a PO box address as a last resort. This delay was unnecessary. Pursuing legal action might be necessary as this delay violates the contract. I shouldn't have to constantly call to get things done. Stop playing games. I moved out in July 2023 and I just received my DEPOSIT today, its April 2024...

The apartment is really nice, the leasing office staff were exceptionally friendly up until move in day. We've dealt with very poor customer service/interaction with the leasing office since. I dont know that we've done anything to really off-putting but the team has mostly left us alone after speaking up about it so hopefully we can stay cordial. Otherwise the location/proximity to grocery stores and restaurants are great.
Walls are a thin. The AC is overly loud. Everything else is standard apartment amenities in the area. The staff is friendly and prompt ; however after hours maintenance is a toss up.

I have throughly enjoyed living at bell. The apartment speaks for itself, the community is also nice. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the hallways, these need to be cleaned weekly, and the elevators need to be cleaned as well especially in building D.

The apartment complex is nice and is within walking distance to the Whole Foods shopping center and Cityline restaurants. Some negatives are that it can be a little noisy sometimes and we’ve been noticing more bugs in our apartment. Not sure how often pest control have been coming around but you pay for it in your rent. Overall, it’s a nice place to live.

I’ve lived here 6 months now and have enjoyed it so far. It’s a great neighborhood and the apartment has great amenities. Some of the neighbors are a bit noisy but that happens. Apartment is close my so many restaurants and some nightlife.

Clunky toll tag garage entrance. Uncourteous residents that allow their doors to slam with no consideration to others. Heavy foot stomping from other units. Obnoxious car noises echo in garage again due to disrespectful tenants. While the building is outdated and a bit pricey, it is adequately durable . The issue is mainly inconsiderate tenants that think that if no one is watching them then there is no integrity required of them.
Nice place, but hallways never seem to get cleaned as you will see trash or other things there for weeks. And the trash area needs more or bigger dumpsters it’s always a mess.
Awesome community to live at. Beautiful apartments and all the nice stainless steel appliances. Maintenance is very prompt. I love living right by the restaurants and shops.
Nice apartment! Great location, restaurants, grocery stores are near by. Maintenance team is pretty quick and efficient. Gym facility is great too! Would like to see a call box/app for opening gate option for guests
The apartments are beautiful, the layout of the complex is very up-to-date, and you have everything you need within a couple minute to 10 minute drive!
I love the look and feel of this community. And location, location, location! I do wish some of my neighbors would be more mindful of picking up after their pets around the neighborhood and in the Bell dog park.

Overall Bell Cityline is a nice apartment complex to live in. Packages are sometimes sent to the wrong place due to confusing building naming and setup.
Leasing agents are very helpful,. Hallway needs to clean more frequently. I can hear the noise from next door neighbors. Some strangers tried to open the doors without knocking.
A very quiet community. I've resided here for a year now, no complaints. Management and staff are friendly, and maintenance are quick to resolve anu issues. I like the area, everything like grocery stores, restaurants, and more are within walking distance. For exercise, walking/jogging the nearby trail is amazing.
It is an overall good experience. Even though the move-in process is not that smooth because I want to deliver multiple packages before I move in, the experience after move-in is good, I leave only 4 stars because I found multiple cockroaches here.

Love this place and the staff. They made it so easy to secure the place, and what a nice area. 2 swimming pools is definitely a plus, and living right next to the gym definitely doesn’t hurt
I recently moved into this complex, and so far it has been amazing. Everyone working in the leasing office was incredibly helpful and made the process very smooth. The amenities and the location are great as well.
I don’t think I would have the experience I’m having without Casey being here. She exemplifies what caring customer service should look like. The the only consistent face that we see when things need to be taken care of. We can’t say enough good tho about her. It sucks that it costs so much but when you can justify it by knowing that you’re well taken care of, it takes away some of the sting.
We are disappointed with the property upkeep. There’s been a lot of improvements with landscaping and walkways. However, the paint crew completely forgot to paint a door and they were never called back to fix it. Door handles and hinges continue to break and don’t get repaired. Dogs pee constantly in our hallway in front of our door and management refuses to talk to our neighbor about it. The price definitely does not match the service
This community is a good place with close distance to whole food market and other facilities. The amenities are good too, I really enjoy living here
Too expensive for what is provided. Also walls are super thin, you can hear everything especially if you have an upstairs neighbor. No events for residents unlike other apartment complexes
Been living here for a year and I never encountered any issues, great neighborhood to live in, walkable, and safe. Bell cityline is well maintained and have wonderful amenities, 2 pools and 2 places to grill, very good gym (it gets busy quickly) good business center for folks who WFH, and friendly staff.
We love our new apartment. The tall ceilings make it feel large, the appliances and finishing are nice and new, and the community seems great.
Great office staff, quick maintenance response, clean community, and overall a quiet place. And it’s nice to be so close to all the restaurants, bars, and Whole Foods!
everything is good, good place, good view, good people. The staff are very nice and can help you with anything. I would recommend Bell CityLine to anyone looking to rent an apartment.
Front office staff is great. Nothing can ever be perfect but the office staff makes up for it! The walls are a little thin and you can see into our apartment at nighttime with the shades down
