The staff here is among the worst I have seen in my entire life. The manage and head maintenance guy are full of excuses. I had standing water and mold in my apartment for over 2 months and was made to feel like a bother for requesting the fix it. Your money is better spent elsewhere. No one here cares about you or their job.

Employees are extremely arrogant and terrible at solving any problem. Very dirty condominium and there is a man that everyone feels threatened by him and his dog and despite several complaints nothing is done. He puts the dog in the pool when it's full of kids. Expensive price. Old apartments with cockroach and ant problems.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. many robberies, noise, maintenance does not answer when you need it most, the office workers are very rude and treat you like garbage. always changes management and never improves service. I'm glad I moved out of this place.

The property has everything to be a good place for people to call it home. But the actual manager is doing everything to destroy the Bell Partner name and make it the worst place for you to live.

Very poor management. Fail to comply with service request!
I love bell Coconut Creek but they need to lower rent because they got rid of coffee and they had all amenities closed for months during COVID. They need to really lower the rent or just pay us back some money for all the things we paid for.
I think it's a good place to live but the service and the answer to any question is always very difficult. Ive been trying to resolve a payment issue (a charge that wasnt supposed to be showing up), but no one pays attention to me. I have called more than ten times no one answers, I have sent more than ten emails no one answers, I have sent a message through the resident portal more than ten times no return. I am very upset and unhappy with the treatment that Bell gives its residents. so it is difficult to solve any problem. I don't even know how the office is still closed, because many places have already reopened. this is very bad, this service is terrible.

The community has very loose policies. They don't maintain rules and usage of the common areas. Many tenants have modified-loud cars that are making so loud noises. Forget about taking a nap or sleep at night even. It's like living in a racetrack all day. The management informed and they have done nothing! No respect for others!

The community was a terrific place to live that Ive been here for six years for the last year they let everything go nothings being cleaned nothings been done sidewalks are horrendous and dangerous to walk on because of the algae theres no mulch in the neighborhood landscaping looks terrible they still have not open the gym its almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone and the office eventually they will if you get lucky

Move in process was wonderful. Nice community, plenty of offered services. But once I moved in, getting a hold of anyone was an ordeal. Corporate or management has 1 person in office during business hours. No one ever gets back to me when leaving messages, even though I was told they go straight to the corporate office. Pest control has shown up one time out of the 4 weeks I requested them come by. Maintenance has come in and out 3 times and only partially fixed my issues. How many maintenance tickets do I need to place before I will be considered a resident and get my issues solved?

The lease office was of not help with my problem I emailed and went to the office six times.
Really good community. Would recommend
the condo was once very good to live in, now it has become a community of people who do not respect others and everywhere is dirty
Upkeep in The neighborhood are terrible tractor trailers parked for weeks. Side walks so black cant even see color of side walk they use to clean them landscape terrible only around office its nice

Employees are very nice but lately the service when below expectations
It's a beautiful community, the office staff is very pleasant and do everything they can as quickly as they can to take care of any concerns you may have.
Bell Coconut Creek is a very pleasant, lovely residential complex which is conveniently located and the rent is very reasonable.
Ive been here just about 4 years and I plan to stay.
Great place to live, awesome management and maintenance team, the Lakeview is beautiful, I love this place. I've been living here for 13 years.
Maintenance staff are helpful and usually complete the repair quickly.
I lived at bell coconut for 7 years. Always had problems with the staff. Residents used to sit on the porch later hours in the night. Complained many times to those could had resolved the problem and didn't. In the end was called a complainer. I moved and got a rent price way better and location way better for much less.

I am a law enforcement officer and have lived in this complex since 2012 when it was Hillsboro Bay Club. Since Bell has acquired this community it has deteriorated. It seems they rent to anyone. The cosmetic appearance is deceiving. There are drugs, prostitutes, strippers, vandalism and burglaries. Its gated/walled at the entrance and about 30 ft in each direction only. The pedestrian gate is always open. The rent is expensive and add another $100 a month for trash pick up, pest control and water. A conservative estimate is that half the renters are illegal. If you are considering living in this area don't live here. Boca Raton area is better and less expensive.

I love my apartment and am very pleased. This is my second apartment and I wish I had this experience when I moved into my first apartment. The office staff is great and whenever I make a serious request is completed immediately. The complex is ALWAYS clean . Very friendly neighbors couldnt of asked for more.
Bell at Coconut Creek has very pretty surroundings. The inside of the apartment is spacious. They also allow two pets and that is the best reason of all to rent here.
Decent place to live, nice closet space, neighbors are ok. Was not happy with rent increase, it was high, apartments are overpriced I think.
