The facilities are immaculate. When I discovered that towels were provided at the gym, I was taken aback. Every piece of equipment is operating as well. lurve it.

I absolutely love my apartment here at Bell Four Points! The location is amazing and the office staff: Ian, Kerre & Jessica have been amazing! They have gone above and beyond for me and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and community. The move in process was so easy & i’m super excited that i’m a resident here :)

Everyone has been nice and helpful at the office. The community has also been quiet. So far so good! Location is super with target and HEB in walking distance.

I love how quiet the apartment community is here. Not to mention how convenient it is to have a Target around the corner. I don’t have to drive to go to the store anymore I can just walk there.

No issues great environment and always have stuff going on for the community to be apart of. Love that is friendly and my dog enjoys just wish it had more trails.

Overall, my residence provides a balanced lifestyle, combining the calm of suburban life with the ease of modern living, making it a perfect place to call home. and it is pet friendly with I love the most!

My resident experience has been great! I moved down here from Ohio and had no idea to expect but I feel very welcomed and I feel like I fit right in!

Nice apartments but mine was a little dirty when I first got it. Besides that it’s great. The pool is very clean and nice. They hold get together events for residents too.

What a Great staff who is courteous. They ensure everyone is taken care of. I really enjoy the neighborhood and location is marvelous for my work.

This is one of the most friendliest, beautiful, most amazing place I’ve ever lived at. The staff here is incredible and welcoming. They really know how to make a difference to their residents lives and help them feel at home. The facilities are fantastic and up to date with all the fixin.

Awesome place, so convenient to have groceries stores so close. Food events at the office are great and yummy. Fast response from maintenance.

Apartments are very nice and so is the staff, love the location, no issues with residents, there are a lot of rules here and I miss my grill but other then that all good.

Staff is awesome! Ian helped me find my perfect apartment and answered all my questions. The process was quick, easy and stress free. I definitely recommend these apartments.

It is a blessing to be in this community, no noises and very clean. So close of shops like HEB and Target and close also of gas station. I'm very happy

Love the staff here and the apartments are well cleaned when you move in. Also, they're very nice apartments with good amenities and they're pet friendly!

Would be good if we have a outside play area like basketball/tennis court…and also good to have couple of dumpsters around the community rather than vallet trash system. Due to inflation, would appreciate if you could consider the renewal raise in rental prices and make it affordable for the tenants. We like being here for a while now, having good experience so far. Thanks

Consistency of trash getting picked up is a bit wishy washy but everything else is great! Love how quiet the community is and how friendly our neighbors are!

We had an easy move-in experience and are very happy with the apartment so far. Clean and nicely landscaped campus. The rooms are well laid out.

Great calm place, staff is helping in many ways. They help out in any way they can, and they been very supportive throughout our stay here. We feel at home

The leasing and move in process was super smooth and easy. I only did a virtual tour of my apartment before moving in and the virtual tour did not do it justice. When I actually saw the apartment in person I was blown away. Cannot recommend enough

So far I really like the apartment complex. Maintenance is quick and detailed which I appreciate so much and the leasing office is responsive and always helpful.

I have been living at Bell four for the past 3 years. and I couldn't be more delighted with my decision. This community has truly redefined my expectations of apartment living, making it an experience worth celebrating. From the moment I moved in, the leasing and management team have been incredibly accommodating and helpful. They ensured a smooth transition and were always available to address any queries or concerns. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff have played a significant role in creating a sense of community and making me feel right at home. The design and layout of my apartment are both functional and stylish. The attention to detail in the interior design, coupled with high-quality appliances, has made my living space not only comfortable but also aesthetically pleasing. Only thing is Rental Price are high, when the market is coming down, lets see what in store when I renew.

My experience is wonderful here. Every week community staff organized some activity for their residents. They were offered some snacks and juice as well.

Peaceful environment, location is awesome with two great stores by our side. Office team does an awesome job feeding us during their food events, and maintenance team is always in top of work orders.

All around it’s okay. Can’t complain I guess. Not blown away by anything. The change in staff was a good move. Although I never did get my $500 for renewing my lease by the previous staff. And then told I’d still get it by the new staff. Never got it. Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless they are just looking for cheap or close to work like me.

There are so many positive aspects about living at Bell Four Points apartments and the first and foremost is the front office. They are truly genuine when you meet them. They have always provide immediate care and service. The maintenance staff is well versed and extremely knowledge at the residents needs and the go far and beyond what is expected. Not to mention the many events that are provided for residents and guests. I'm eminently grateful to reside here, thank you.

The new management have improved the experience a lot, they engage the community with the dinning events and they help community with any request

Nice apartments. In a very nice and most certainly a convenient area with shopping centers in walking distance, such as Target and H-E-B. I really enjoy it here.

Very pleased with the customer service! Maintenance visited us our first day here to address minor issues and management has been available to answer all of our questions.

Been great so far. So much so that I have referred people to move to Bell Four Points. The gym was refurbished which has been really great and everything is well kept within the community.

The office staff are very helpful and kind as well as maintenance, however there were many things missed during the make ready including a very scratched stove and flooring throughout, maintenance did fix issues I brought to there attention but presentation was not the best, love the floor plan and community and like I said they are quick to respond to issues

We love living here! Very convenient to shopping. Always clean and staff is very responsive. The workout facilities are great, new and upgraded.

The constant noise in the apartment complex is nerve wracking. And when you complain to the office, they do nothing about it. If you want an over priced apartment with no noise buffering at all, a flippant office staff, and persistent bug problems? Move here. The layouts of the apartments are okay, though.

It’s great I like the area and the neighbors. Not a lot of noise and complaints. Nice to have a pool and gym. Don’t have to Travel far to work out. I like everything about it.

It’s a good place, there have been some hiccups. But nothing out of the ordinary. Maintenance is quick and fixes it just enough. The new people at the front desk are very nice, I believe there was a change in management a month or so back. Renewing my lease had some technical issues. But it all got ironed out. All in all. Not bad, not great. I’m still here cause it’s close to work, and moving is a pain.

The staff in the leasing office is very pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating and approachable. The amenities are great! I’ve had a wonderful experience living here.

I just moved into the Bell at Four Points this month and so far the experience has been fantastic. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and kind, they even held a happy hour event for the community! At the event we met many nice neighbors and we are really starting to feel at home. Additionally, the pool is magical. My roommate and I frequent the pool and the word ‘resort’ is uttered at least once every visit. Living here is like living a permanent vacation!

so far not good. Parking is an absolute nightmare, I had to walk from building 7 to building 16 after a 12 hour shift. Valet Trash hasnt picked my trash up 2 times now. Overall not good.

Beautiful place to call home. The staff is efficient and friendly and the grounds are well kept. The pool is very nice and also there are a lot of electronic features that make this property very desirable…I would recommend to families anytime!

I haven't lived here long at all. So far everything has been Great! Everyone is so friendly. Staff is Amazing and so helpful! Loving it here so far!

It has been good, but at the begging some staff was not supportive for some issues I had, after a while I got support from the management part. Now the new administration seem really nice and understandable
