Move in was made as easy as possible, very nice leasing agents and neighbors. I love the amenities and aspects that make moving in easier. The elevator and the parking garage are a huge plus.

I absolutely love my Bell Frisco Market apartment and community. No problems whatsoever! If something goes wrong in my apartment, like say a clogged drain, I write about it in repairs and without fail, 24 hours later, it is fixed! The community is also amazing. People and families of all kinds, and everyone respects their neighbors and neighborhood. Quiet. The place is quiet all the time. Love it! I recommend the place daily. Even a number of my teaching colleagues have come and become residents! Super great place and a very decent price!

So far, I love the property and inside my unit. The view I have of the pool is beautiful and so is inside my apartment. I was worried about not having enough space since the apartment I chose was not my first choice, but everything seems to be working out the more I get my things situated. The only con that I have is the heavy footsteps and screaming of my top neighbors. Other than that my move was very smooth and the leasing office was a big help in my transition to Bell Frisco.

Everything is good. Staffs are friendly. I love this place. Nice apartments, cozy and light enough. It is located near H-E-B so i can go shopping without a car!

It's nice place to live.everthing is near by the heb petrol pump pharmacy day care target .lot of parking available . It's so affordable .

This property is not luxury. Many people who live here are disrespectful, dirty, and slow. They leave garbage around, they make too much, they steal your packages, and they leave shopping carts everywhere. You will not have a peaceful night's sleep. Look at the cost of the apartment and the specials they run. There is a reason why the property is in disrepair. The worst people are able to rent here, so good luck.

Late rent fees are horrible, rent rate is too high, apartment is too small, nosy neighbors and hallways, dogs barking, parking too close to my vehicle, office never answers phone, switching managers and hallways look the same.

So far so good. only on day 3 here. Staff checked in to make sure move in went well. Parking garage is something I didn’t have before and now know I always needed it.

I love my apartment. Love the space I have. It is very spacious. I have a good view apartment facing the pond. I love that my guest doesn't have to enter my bedroom to get to the bathroom. Love the location it's close to different restaurants Frisco downtown and close to the highway.

So far have really enjoyed the atmosphere and community. Still try to figure out everything and learn my way around. If yall ever look to expand or add something a putting green would be awesome.

The community is not good at the moment. It doesn’t feel at all like a commmunity. I have always been able to tell what apartments are good based on this culture. There is not a culture here nor does it strive to be. If you want a place to come and go and not know your neighbors this is the place. It’s very transactional, dog eat dog and no respect for the other.

Good place to live, close to major routes, Frisco downtown, Frisco library, Toyota stadium, elementary School and high school walkable, restaurants, heb. Everything is ok, front office organizes community gatherings..... concerning things elevators and annoying fire alarms.

I had a smooth move into the property. The staff is super helpful, maintenance came quickly as well. The community is nice and quiet with a great location.

Living here has been great. It’s quiet and the people are all friendly. Staff is quick to fix any issues that do pop up. The grounds are nice too. A really great area to walk my dog

New apartments and good resident events. The management is also good. They are available most of the time. I have been living here since 2020.

The staff is wonderful, however no one ever answered the phones. Once there it seemed the issue was they are understaffed. But, I digress the staff was super helpful and friendly. The process of getting approved was fast and easy.

apartment is cheap. good location to HEB. looks fine and repair are fast in response. so far so good and i hope they can offer more discount.

Seems like everything is getting worse. Place is too dirty. The other residents seem like they don’t care about the mess or are the ones leaving a mess. Elevator keeps on breaking. Pretty much no security with all these doors being broken

Good place. I like living here so far, it’s a nice place. Lots of kind people. Great area. Would raise kids around here. Love Frisco. Very convenient location

I had a lot of initial issues upon move in including a 6 hour delay from being able to actually move into the unit due to them redoing the flooring . There were additional issues including lack of AC, and plumbing problems, but the biggest perk with the property is they responded to ALL issues the next day and handled them within a max of an hour (minus the AC since I needed a new unit entirely). Ever since the whole situation with my apt they've been on top of responding to requests. Property is well maintained and the apartment is very spacious and modern. There is a large amount of spiders within the balconies and at night youll find a bunch of rabbits and even mice wandering nearby, although they do have rat traps all throughout the perimeter of the property. Definitely recommend checking them out and maybe calling the day before your expected move date to make sure it's actually ready

The Bell is really nice very quiet and I’m a good location it’s like a hidden gem. Love the waterfall and that it’s right by the great H-E-B!!

Great location and a great property! The pool and amenities are second to none. Common areas are great, can’t wait to take advantage of all that is offered. Did I mention the great workout area.

My apartment is lovely, the onsite staff is personable and generally responsive, but the general maintenance of the building and security features are seriously lacking. The lease violations seem to go unaddressed, and I’m pretty sure there is little discussion with new tenants regarding community standards and etiquette for living in this apartment building.

I’ve spent a year here and I’ll have to admit that things went really smooth. I’ve never experienced any problems at all with my apartment, my neighbors were quiet, and the community was safe. Also Jake and the office staff were amazing and were always there for me when I had problems. If I wasn’t moving out of town, I would’ve renewed my lease with no hesitation. The price, the location, and the size of the apartments makes Bell Frisco a great place to live!

Since the new management has swooped in, there's definitely more visible effort in place to get doors fixed and common areas cleaned but my fellow residents make that difficult as they don't clean after themselves very well. Parking in the garage is still mostly clustered but also dangerous to drive in as some residents (or guests?) don't seem to realize it's a one way so drive the wrong direction really fast. My issues at the apartment is not with management but my fellow residents.

Love the people here great price and even better location. The leading office is helpful if you go in person. I would recommend that future residents come check Bell Frisco!

For a Senior Citizen such as myself, this place is great! Quiet and relaxing. Anything that needs attention is immediately fixed. I couldn't ask for a better residence!

the bell frisco market center is a very nice apartment. i love the apartment complex. the staff is very welcoming and it’s always clean. the pool area is very nice and i love that the apartment offers a pet wash. very animal friendly

I’m new to the area, seems very nice! Staff at the leasing office were also very nice as well as helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

Fantastic community and neighbors! Clean pools and recreational areas and plenty of space to hang around with friends. Many Apt hosted events to join the community together!

It's had a few hiccups, however it's been a great experience. Staff have been friendly and when something goes wrong was quick to remedy the situation.

Overall Great. ELEVATOR has been out for a couple of months. Occasional issues with the trash area, not the management, it's a handful of tenants, unfortunately.

So far I enjoy my stay at this residence. The only suggestion I have for the time being is maintenance request take long, the turn around after submission is where the issue is. They say 48 hours but out of the 7 request 1 has been completed in a timely manner.

I can not say enough good things about Bell Frisco Apartments. Located in beautiful Frisco! The office and maintenance staff is so friendly and kind. Friendly community and good place to walk and relax.

Nice and clean apartments in a great location for a reasonable price. Everyone at the front office has been friendly and helpful and I have had a wonderful experience here so far.

The lack of some what discipline or basic guidelines of residence is something. Shopping baskets, trash sitting 1 foot from a completely empty trash chute, cars that aren’t ever moved with flat tires, trash left on the awnings. The not cleaned out apartments when moving in.

improvements are in the making and slowly but surely getting noticed. pool area nice. friendly residents. wish other community members cared about where they lived though

Very peaceful apartments. I haven’t had any issues ye with noise. I normally find parking which is good. And I love the HEB next door. Super convenient.

This is very nice apartments. Very near to all grocery shops and HEB is walkable. Schools are also around. Maintenance team is also very quick. Overall having good time.

Just moved in to my apartment. Move in process was smooth, hassle free and no issues. Apartment was neat and clean and everything is working in perfect condition.

Love my new apartment very nice and spacious. Love being on the 2nd floor. The hallways need more attention . No kind of security. The entrance doors are always open. But overall the apartment itself is nice.

The apartments are nice and the staff do their best to keep up with repairs. The fire alarms will go off randomly and annoyingly. Parking in the garage is sometimes difficult as it gets full and doesn't seem to be regulated.

Great place to live and extremely quiet at all hours! I love it here! The price is reasonable, and the neighbors are extremely nice. The only negative is the rare and infrequent fire alarm. Other than that, it's a really great place to live!

Living here has been good with a few mishaps. 1) Fire alarms have gone off 4 times in 5 months I’ve been here and they’ve gone off either late at night or while I was working. 2) It’s almost impossible to get ahold of the front office via phone. 3) The amount of dog poop around the complex is enormous. I realize that’s not up to the apartment complex but they don’t do anything to control the issue of irresponsible pet parents who leave their dog poop. 4) The maintenance crew is not very good. I’ve had a few small issues here and there and, while they respond quickly, they’re usually not able to fix it on the same visit so they promise to come back and don’t come back until I call and ask. A few times they’ve made the problem worst.

My new home was clean and in great condition. The staff were all great and very friendly. The breezeways could use some need attention. But, other than that. I’m very happy

Honestly, poo everywhere around common areas is unbearable. People too dirty. Nobody cares. It is disgusting. Two neighbours already thinking on moving out due to that. That shows how unpleasant it is.

I love it here! I feel safe and I love how there’s so many neighboring businesses. It’s so close to everything. If I could change 1 things though, it would be the garage. You gotta get home and park at a certain time or else there’s no parking spots.
